que vous êtes absent. Voici comment faire : lors d’une session ouverte, composez le 82. Ensuite, appuyez sur le 3
pour choisir l’option « message d’accueil
temporaire ». Appuyez le 5 pour enregistrer le message, et # pour terminer l’enregistrement. Une fois terminé, vous avez
simplement à entrer la date d’expiration,
et voila! À votre retour, le message temporaire renverra à votre message standard.
Également, n’oubliez pas d’activer votre agent «Out of Office» dans votre système Lotus Notes pendant que vous êtes
en vacances. Sélectionner «Out of Office» qui se trouve dans l’option « outils ». Lotus Notes avertira automatiquement les gens de votre absence quand dès que vous recevrez des courriels.

You can leave a temporary message on your Meridian Mail while you are away.
Here’s how: While logged in to voice messaging, press 82. Press 3 for a temporary
greeting. Press 5 to record and # to end the recording. When you have finished the
recording, simply set the expiry date for the temporary greeting, and you’re done!
The greeting will automatically revert to your regular greeting when you return.
Also, don’t forget to set your “Out of Office” agent in Lotus Notes while you’re
away. Simply go into your “tools” and select “out of office.” Lotus Notes will automatically notify people of your absence when they send you e-mail.

Suivant le succès du spectacle de l’an dernier à
l’HGJ, l’hypnotiste l’Incroyable Boris est de
retour le 14 juillet. Préparez-vous pour
un spectacle inoubliable qui
vous fera rire aux larmes. Vous
tomberez sous le charme de
l’Incroyable Boris pour 90 minutes d’hilarité qui prouveront qu’il
n’y a pas de meilleur traitement que le
rire.
L’Incroyable Boris fera acte de présence
le lundi 14 juillet, de 11 h 45 à 13 h 15,
dans l’auditorium Samuel S. Cohen
(pavillon A). Vous pouvez apporter votre
lunch et des rafraîchissements seront servis.
L’Incroyable Boris nous promet un «spectacle
d’hypnose hilarant». Jugez par vous-même durant votre heure de lunch et soyez prêt à tout !
Boris voudra des volontaires pour l’aider durant

The Incredible Boris Returns!
Following the success of last year’s show at
the JGH, hypnotist The Incredible Boris is
returning on July 14. Get ready for an incredible show that will have you in
stitches! The Incredible Boris will have
you under his spell for 90 minutes of
hilarity, proving that laughter really is
the best medicine.
This hypnotic performer will make a
stop at our very own “comedy nest,” the
Samuel S. Cohen (Pavilion A) Auditorium on July 14 from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15
p.m. Light refreshments will be served
and you’re invited to bring your lunch.
The Incredible Boris promises a “hilarious
hypnotic event,” so please pop in on your
lunch hour and see what all the talk is
about. By the way, he will ask for volunteers to help him with the show, so be prepared! For more information, please call
