It is the result o f extensive co nsultatio ns with experts, representatives o f the vario us users o f high scho o ls, and regio nal technical o fficers in charge o f building maintenance sites. Mo re than thirty peo ple were invo lved in its preparatio n. With a high level o f demand, “eco repo sito ry” presents specific, quantified co mmitments gro uped into fo ur thematic issues: - The preserving users’ health in buildings by the quality o f air, water, the cho ice o f materials ... - The reduce o f energy co nsumptio n in buildings and renewable energy pro ductio n ...; l a reducing the enviro nmental impact o f facilities requiring mo re efficient water management, mo re efficient pro cessing o f building waste and activity, the preservatio n o f bio diversity, differentiated management o f green spaces ... - The o ptimizatio n o peratio n and maintenance o f buildings. Eco repo sito ry includes all the requirements o f Brittany, fo r the mo st enviro nmentally friendly scho o ls. These fo ur main issues are available thro ugh two framewo rk do cuments. The first is o n “eco -design”. The seco nd is ”eco management” o f the premises. Thus, “the repo sito ry eco ” integrates all stages o f scho o l life, fro m design premises in their o peratio n and maintenance.
