// Description
The ho use Euro passive® 2 Ho result o f a bio climatic design integrating the co nstraints o f a plo t and regulatio n o f new
develo pment. The general co ncept was to give an o verall unit to two different o rganizatio nal entities: the vo lume heated and
unheated vo lume. Technically structural envelo pe to the passive vo lume is co ntinuo us (including tile) to prevent any thermal
bridge. It is laid o n co ncrete sleepers. The insulatio n co nsists o f cellulo se wadding and blo wn panels o f wo o d fibers.
In the end, its perfo rmances are exceptio nal: a heating requirement o f 8 kWh / m2 year
