FATAL MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT
La victime de l’accident mortel, survenu vers
06 h 00 le matin du 1er janvier 2017, est
monsieur Yvon Bauduy, 62 ans, de Gatineau.
L’enquête démontre que le cycliste fut happé
par deux (2) véhicules circulant en direction
nord, et ce, de manière consécutive. L’enquête
démontre que les circonstances entourant cet
accident sont liées à une combinaison de
facteurs qui ont contribué au décès de l’homme.
Aucune accusation ne sera portée contre les
deux (2) automobilistes impliqués.
The victim of the fatal motor vehicle accident, which
st
occurred around 06:00 hrs on January 1 , 2017, is
62 year Yvon Bauduy, from Gatineau.
The
investigation has revealed that the cyclist was
struck, consecutively, by two (2) vehicles travelling
in a northern direction. The investigation has also
revealed that a combination of factors contributed
to the man’s death. The two (2) drivers involved
will not be facing any charges.
