L’homme de 30 ans de Val-des-Monts, arrêté la
semaine dernière après avoir tiré sur un chien
avec une arbalète, a pu retrouver sa liberté ce
matin au Palais de justice de Gatineau,
moyennant une caution de 2 000 $, la signature
d’un engagement assorti de plusieurs
conditions, telles : ne posséder aucune arme,
incluant les arbalètes, et ne pas entrer en
contact avec les propriétaires du chien.
The 30 year old Val-des-Monts man, who was
arrested last week after shooting a dog with a
crossbow, regained his freedom earlier this
morning after appearing at the Gatineau
Courthouse, in return for a $2,000.00 deposit, the
signing of a recognizance with several conditions,
such as: not to possess any weapon, including
crossbows, and not to be in contact with the dog’s
owners.
Celui-ci doit se présenter à nouveau devant le
Tribunal le 6 mai prochain.
He is scheduled to appear again in Court on May
6.
Il est accusé d’avoir volontairement, et sans
excuse légitime, tué un animal et d’avoir
volontairement causé des blessures à un
animal sans nécessité.
He is charged with wilfully, and without lawful
excuse, killing an animal and wilfully, and
unnecessarily, causing injury to an animal.
