Solicitaiton Amendment No. 001 is being issued to address the following:

Q1: The RFP posted on MERX for bus rentals requires 2 way radio and setup at CFB Borden including
tower installation for a 50 km radius coverage area. I was wondering if the customer would be willing to
look at the 2 way radios being provided under a separate rental program with the antenna installation
included? This portion of the RFP requires the services of a 2 way radio dealer as the bus companies
would not have the competency to do this work. It may be more cost effective for the customer to separate
the contracts.
A1: No we will not issue another contract for just the radios. The bus companies in years past have the
capability to provide and set up on their own.
