Delete the following in its entirety on Page 24 of 30 as follows
* All material and supplies, labour, equipment and tools required to fully perform lawn care and snow
removal as outlined in this contract shall be provided by the contractor. This includes snow blower, mower,
shovels, brooms, safety sand, etc.
Under I. Additional Requirements item 3 on page 23 of 30
Delete the following

All material and supplies ( Bathroom Tissue to be 2 Ply, Cleaning Products to be Enviro Friendly,
Supplies include Light Bulbs and Paper Towels) labour, equipment and tools required to fully
perform the duties outlined in this contract shall be provided by the Contractor. All equipment
used to perform the work shall be maintained in good repair and is subject to inspection/approval
by CBSA at anytime during the contract. (Where available, on site storage of equipment,
supplies, etc , is subject to the approval of the CBSA Area Superintendent).
Insert the following

perform the Janitorial Services will be provided by the Contractor. For snow removal and grounds
maintenance the Contractor will supply and gas, oil and what else is needed to keep the
equipment usable and all equipment used to perform the work shall be maintained in
good working order. Any repairs required are to be reported to Irena Forrester, Project Authority at
(403) 292-6688 and the repairs are subject to inspection/approval by CBSA, at time of repair.
