The potatoes we get our starch from are specially grown for the production of French Fries and Chips.
We starch we use is a waste stream of the potatoes processing industry.
The potatoes are coming from Holland and Belgium and from North France.
Les pommes de terre, dont nous extrayons l’amidon, sont destinées à la production de frites et de
chips. L’amidon que nous utilisons est un superflu issu du traitement industriel.
Les pommes de terre proviennent de Hollande, Belgique et du Nord de la France.
