Dr Liu are:
• His involvement in Oceanian initiatives
such as the New Australasian Code of
Ethics and other professional guidelines
•His sound knowledge of governance
•His many years of dedication to our
profession and to the enhancement of its
status
•His fluency in several key European
languages (besides being bilingual in
English and Chinese)
•His International background (born and
raised in Hong Kong, lived and worked in
Europe, living for many years in New
Zealand)
