As Chair of the FIT Translation and Culture Communication within the committee (email/skype/face-to-face Committee, I have maintained regular contact and also enjoyed good cooperation meetings) with and great support from the majority of the members. Communication within the committee has been mainly through email and sometimes face-to- face when the opportunity arises. Although lack of financial resources has been the main problem for all members to meet face-to-face, TCC members from HK and Macao (6 in all) have had more opportunities to meet and share views and ideas. TCC has been working well on the whole but General comments and recommendations for future work a couple of members have been less active since the start of this mandate.
