Amusez-vous dans notre salle de jeux. Les familles ont accès aux
jeux, bricolages et au centre de ressources ainsi qu’à la
joujouthèque.
MDD Exotics Alpaca Farm 10:30 (August 13)
Meet us at 046774 Hwy 562 Thornloe - the home of Huacaya and
Suri Fiber Pets. You are welcome to pack snacks or a lunch.

Beach Fun & Lunch at Larder Lake Beach 11-1
(August 20)
Come prepared for the sun and sand, meet us at the beach!
Fishing at Gull 10:30 (August 27)
This annual fishing trip is a great way to introduce young ones to
fishing or for pros to catch a big one. Please bring your fishing
equipment if you have it, but we have spares if you don’t.

Science in the Park 10-11:30
At Central School playground on the 4th & Swastika Fireman’s
Park (Duck Pond) on the 18th. We will be investigating and getting
dirty all in the name of science.
Story in the Park 10-11:30
Stories, imaginative play and adventure are to be had at Kinross
Park on the 11th and at the 5th St. Tot Lot on the 25th.

Physical Literacy Activities 10:30 (August 5)
In the green space (besides our building) we will be practicing and
talking about some of the key physical skills for children and the
reason they are important.
Self-Care Workshop 10:30 (August 12)
Joined by some special guests we will talk about the importance of
taking care of ourselves and how to do it in our busy lives.
Fall Fashion Fun 10:30 (August 19)
Joined by some special guests we will talk about Fall fashion in a
very fun way.
Learning at Home 10:30 (August 26) Joined by some of the local
homeschooling families we will discuss the importance of learning
at home and being you child’s first teacher.

Lending Library and Free Play 9-1 (August 8 & 22)
This is a great opportunity to enjoy the playroom and art supplies,
borrow some books or a movie for movie night with the family.
