Christine from the Centre de Santé is will join us for a
nature scavenger hunt and share her knowledge about
leaves and trees.
Tuesday / mardi
August 5th 10:00am
Meet at the Rotary Park on Government Road for a treasure
hunt, fun and prizes for everyone.
August 12 10:30
Come play at the Splash Park, water games and activities.
August 19th 10:30
Always a hit, the police station tour with constable Lamothe

Join us in Larder Lake (7th & 21st) at the beach (weather
permitting, or municipal building if raining) for activities,
snacks and stories.

The Northern Harvest cooking club is an opportunity for
children to cook and explore the weekly food bins we will
recieve from the Northern Harvest program.

Join us for a free picnic lunch in the green space beside our
building, be sure to bring your favorite picnic blanket, and
stuffed friends along.

We will meet at a variety of parks for activities, snacks and
stories to enjoy all our area has to offer us.
Come and help Vikki explore the weekly Northern Harvest
food bins, learn about some new and interesting foods and
plan recipes for later in the week.
Saturday / samedi

August 9 11am
Meet us at Shelly Rahme’s farm. She is the coordinator of
the Northern Harvest food program. We have the oportunity
to see where some of our food comes from, and possibly a
few farm animals as well. Reminder, this is a farm, please
come dressed for mess! 227168 Brentha Rd, RR#2
Englehart
Take hwy 11 to the Kapkigiwan exit in Englehart. Turn
right at this exit - then right onto Sprucegrove - then left
onto River Rd. Follow River to Brentha. The farm is on the
south west corner of River and Brentha - the brown brick
house.

activity and circle to follow the free play provided.
