Join us for a light nutritious breakfast.
Tickles and Toes 10:30 (October 1, 8, 15, 22)
This 6 week program is a wonderful way for new
moms to meet other new moms, learn a few songs
and rhymes and get familiar with a few of the 0-6
professionals in our community. Registration is
required.

Halloween Party 10-12
Come dressed in your spookiest costume for some
snacks, art and games.

provide art, snacks, free play and activities.

Meet at the Library 10:30-12:00
Join us at the Children’s Library every Tuesday for a
variety of activities such as stories, workshops,
aboriginal culture, art and snacks.
I’m Ready (at the library) (Oct 6, 20, Nov 3, 17)
An interactive workshop for parents to gain practical
ideas for encouraging early literacy during everyday
activities and conversations. I’m Ready!™ helps even
the busiest parent make early literacy-learning a
natural and enjoyable part of every day.

Free Play 9 -12 & 1-4
This is a great time for families to enjoy the playroom,
art and science area and borrow from the lending
library.
Songs & Stories 11:30
We will wrap up the morning with songs, rhymes and
stories that children of all ages can enjoy.
Grocery Store Tour 10:30 (October 28)
We will meet Kelsey the dietitian from the Family
Health Team at Your Independent Grocer to get some
tips on making healthier choices.
Gym Night 5:30-7
Every Wednesday night we head to a different gym in
the community for free play and physical activity.

Lake Municipal Building for free play, activities and

Together with the Timiskaming Health Unit we hope to
have as many mothers breastfeeding at the same
time.
