ASSISTANCE OF FIRST RESPONDERS
Le 9 août dernier, vers 06 h 00, le service de la
Sécurité publique de la MRC des Collines-del’Outaouais recevait un appel 911 concernant
une jeune femme de 26 ans qui était sur le point
de donner naissance à son 2e enfant.
Dépêchés rapidement sur place, les premiers
répondants de la municipalité de Val-des-Monts
ont assisté et supporté la jeune mère dans le
processus de naissance, qui n’aura pris que
quelques minutes. La petite fille et la mère se
portaient bien et furent transportées par
ambulance au centre hospitalier du secteur
Gatineau, par mesure préventive.
On August 9, around 06:00 hrs, the Public
Security Service of the MRC des Collines-del’Outaouais received a 911 call regarding a 26
year old woman who was about to give birth to
her second child. First responders of the
Municipality of Val-des-Monts were quickly
dispatched to her location and assisted the
young mother in the process of giving birth,
which only took a few minutes. The baby girl
and mother were doing well and were
transported by ambulance to the Gatineau
hospital, as a precautionary measure.
