Les résidents de la Municipalité de Pontiac qui n’ont pas pu être
présent lors de la rencontre du 22 mars dernier avec le maire Roger
Larose et votre conseillère Nancy Draper-Maxsom, auront
l'occasion d'une rencontre avec eux à la salle paroissiale de Lacdes-Loups, le 1er juin à 13h.
Cette rencontre offre aux citoyens du quartier 1 une occasion de se
rencontrer et échanger des idées dans un cadre convivial et
informel. Venez partager avec nous vos besoins, demandes, idées
ou suggestions pour le développement de notre communauté.
Residents of the Municipality of Pontiac who were not able to
attend the meeting on Saturday, March 22nd with the mayor,
Roger Larose and your councillor, Nancy Draper-Maxsom, will
have another opportunity to do so at the Lac-des-Loups
Church Hall, on June 1st at 1:00 p.m.
This meeting offers the citizens of Ward 1 an occasion to meet
and exchange ideas in a friendly and informal setting. Come
share your needs, requests, ideas or suggestions for the
development of our community.

NOTE : On the reverse side of your cheques, you must include
the role # or the address of the property for which you are
sending a payment. Also, we wish to emphasize the importance
of informing us as soon as possible of your change of address
when moving, so that we may keep our database up-to-date and
avoid unnecessary errors and costs.
All payment of taxes via Internet can be made at the following

weather and to start their Spring cleaning. Please remember that

DEMANDE D’AUTORISATION – PROJETS
D’ENTREPRISES
APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION BUSINESS PROJECTS
La municipalité a reçu deux demandes d’autorisation d’un
projet d’entreprise qui est conforme aux règlements de la
municipalité, le tout étant sujet à l’approbation de la
Commission de protection du territoire agricole (CPTAQ) :
1) Demande d’autorisation pour installer une boucherie et un
abattoir
dans
la
zone
agricole
(fév.
2014);
2) Demande d’autorisation pour l’opération d’un incinérateur
d’animaux de ferme afin d’offrir un service exclusif aux
producteurs dans la région de l’Outaouais (mars 2014)
The municipality has received two applications for the
authorization of a project which is compliant with municipal
by-laws, and is subject to the approval of the Commission de
protection du territoire agricole (CPTAQ):
1) Application for authorization to install a butcher’s shop and
slaughterhouse in the agricultural zone (Feb. 2014);
2) Application for authorization for running an incinerator of
farm animals, to offer an exclusive service to the producers in
the Outaouais region (March 2014)

Veuillez prendre note que le conseil a adopté une résolution portant
le #14-02-1842 indiquant qu’étant donné les frais engendrés par les
livres non retournés ou sérieusement endommagés, la municipalité
doit exiger à l’emprunteur les coûts de remplacement du livre et les
frais administratifs reliés.
Please be advised that Council adopted a motion under the #1402-1842 stating that, given the costs incurred by the loss of
books or those returned with considerable damage, the
Municipality must require that the borrower pay the cost for
replacing the book and related administrative fees.
