This smart and sophisticated luxury rental villa is located in the
hilltop community of Lurin that overlooks St. Jean. It offers its
guests a tranquil atmosphere of Asian-inspired minimalism and
the kind of luxury that comes from thoughtful contemplation and
professional design. The garden is a tropical paradise and from
the villa and the terrace you can feast your eyes on the wide
vista of St. Jean Bay and the blue Caribbean Ocean up to the
horizon.
A bubbling water-wall fountain welcomes guests on entering the private St Barth villa.
The loft-like main living area, with comfortable white-upholstered sofas and a dining
table for eight is fully open to the wide teak deck and glistening pool. Amenities include
a large flat screen TV, Canal satellite TV, a DVD player, Surround Bose System and
internet access. The neighbouring open kitchen offers the extravagance of top-quality
appliances and the bonus of not being separated from your guests while preparing a
meal.
Looking at the rooms you discover specifics that reveal a home in which the owners
have chosen each decorative touch and embellishment wisely. A painting in deep red
decorates the wall by the stairs, and the same red is seen again in three smaller works
and in the kitchen's barstools. Bamboo stalks, artworks of dried philodendron, and
cacti in glass vases are among the home's natural decorations. The architectural
design delivers privacy without losing convenience.
On both sides of the main living area are two of the villa's four bedrooms, each with its
own en suite bath, and they open directly onto the terrace and amazing ocean view.
The third and fourth bedrooms are on a lower level, each with its own bathroom and
private deck. The rooms are air conditioned, and the master bedroom has a DVD
