Just a short stroll from Gustavia, this attractive villa offers a
satisfying and restful atmosphere on a terraced hillside with
marvellously landscaped gardens. It is constructed as a series
of separate bungalows on various levels. You enter the property
to find a friendly layout that blends this home's indoor and
outdoor spaces flawlessly. The villas, overlooking the port, offer
matchless views for high-season yacht-spotting. Gustavia is
popular for its designer boutiques and for its nightlife. When the
lights of the harbour are illuminated, it creates an exceptional
atmosphere and many parties and art exhibitions have been
held in this luxury villa in St Barths.
The open living area with an HDTV looks out over the covered hardwood terrace. It
has snug white sofas that offer lavish seating both inside and out. A large flat screen
TV, US Satellite TV, a DVD player, VCR, fax machine, Wi-Fi and internet access are
some of the modern amenities you find here. Up a few steps are the fully equipped
and convenient kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas. Up the stairs to the
highest level takes you to the Loft, which makes a superb hideaway for a couple
looking for privacy. This luxury rental villa is the kind of place where guests can feel
free to do their own thing as it is constructed on several levels.
Across the terrace from the living area is the property's master bedroom, with a queen
bed and luxurious en suite bathroom with a rain-head shower and dual vanities. It is
next to the pool and opens to the terrace and garden. Across the lawn is the second
bedroom, also with a queen bed and offering a private terrace and a superb view of
the harbour all the way to the lighthouse. Further benefits of this room are blond-wood
floors and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom is set up in the same way, but with two
twin beds. Walk up the stairs to the top level and you will see the Loft. This most

recently built very large separate bungalow offers guests a well-appointed onebedroom suite with a king bed, dark wood floors and white décor. The loft bathroom
has indoor and outdoor rain-head showers, and a Kaldewei design bathtub with its
own view. Photographs by Jean-Philippe Piter and Marco Glaviano give the Loft a
unique style. It also has access to a deck with a hot tub and harbour views. All the
bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, DVD players and flat screen TV's.
This luxury villa is great for entertaining. It has many outside dining and sitting areas
on different levels including a covered hardwood terrace and a sun deck around the
large mirror pool with steps and deckchairs. The hammock in the garden is perfect for
reading and as a bonus there is a charcoal BBQ. The large Loft has a Jacuzzi and
plunge pool. The garden has a large green lawn and various beautiful trees for shade.
All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year's Day will be charged at the
Holiday Rate for a minimum of 7 to 14 days, depending on the villa selected. Prices do
not include tax or service fee.
