Sitting high up against the Camaruche hillside, the elegant
luxury villa in St Barth offers guests a luxuriously comfortable
modern home with stunning views over Lorient bay and the
Caribbean ocean. From the peaceful living room, spacious
kitchen, pool deck, hardwood pool terrace, bedroom balcony,
you have a lovely view over the sea, from the beach below to
the islands of St Maarten and Anguilla on the horizon. This is a
superb villa is for a joyous family holiday or for a group of
friends on a break-away.
The interior of this stunning villa, in a neutral grey and white colour palette, has a
peaceful ambience. The structure is well-planned and the furnishings are of the
highest quality. Because the spectacular views from the terraces tend to steal the
show, you may just overlook the wonderful indoor architecture of this self-catered
private villa. The living area is perfectly designed with subtle lighting, professional airconditioning and large hideaway sliding glass-doors to create a perfect space for
relaxing or entertaining during the day or the evening. There is an integrated kitchen,
equipped to prepare a gourmet dinner.
The villa sleeps ten guests in five large bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on
an upper floor, above the main level. One bedroom is on the same level as the main
terrace and the other three are one level below the main terrace. Each bedroom has
an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a large shower, air-conditioning, ceiling
fan, HDTV with French and US satellite channels, DVD, stereo, iPod dock, dressing
area and a programmable safe. A sixth bedroom that is suitable for a nanny or chef
can be made available upon request.
There are two terraces. The main terrace houses the dramatic dark blue heated infinity

swimming pool tumbles down into a smaller pool on the second terrace to create a
'water wall' fountain on the lower level.
All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year's Day will be charged at the
Holiday Rate for a minimum of 7 to 14 days, depending on the villa selected.
