Situated in the Trapani resort, on a pristine stretch of coastline on the idyllic Pantelleria
Island, this stylish, contemporary dammuso, reminiscent of an era gone by, is a haven
of tranquillity. It is located between the old village of Scauri and a unique place called
Elephant Rock. The island, with its rich variety of natural vegetation, thermal springs
and ancient archaeological sites affords guests the opportunity to explore and enjoy
the outdoors. The unspoilt marine environment is a paradise for diving and snorkelling.
The luxury rental villa is merely about 200m from the sea as the crow flies, and 2km
via footpaths that descend from the villa. At the little port of Scauri, just 5kilometres
away, boats can be hired with or without skipper.
This elegant private villa has a modern, contemporary feel and welcomes guests with
a palette of warm colours. The furnishing are all of exceptional quality, and blend
functional design with antiques. The villa is divided into two buildings. The first is the
living zone and has a large living room, adorned with contemporary art, and featuring
an alcove with a small library. There is a large, flat-screen TV and comfortable, easy
chairs for relaxing in. A fully equipped, modern kitchen with larder, makes meal
preparations convenient and pleasant. The villa boasts a spacious dining room that
leads directly out onto a sprawling terrace, covered with a roof of bamboo canes.
The second building is the sleeping zone and has four, tastefully decorated double
bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are connected to a
terrace and have a private living area.
A large, crystal clear swimming pool, with a special hydro-massage tub, allows guests
to spend the long summer days outdoors, soaking up the sun.
The outdoor living area is the real draw card of this stylish villa, and features a covered
terrace with a 14-seater dining table and comfortable wicker furniture, where guests
