This private apartment is a well situated, secure, and stylishly
decorated with contemporary fixtures. Situated right on the
harbour in the heart of Gustavia, with an incredible view of the
yachts, this apartment is just the thing for a small group or
family who takes pleasure in life in downtown Gustavia, close to
numerous restaurants, shopping, and bars and nightclubs. It is
important to note that this luxury rental apartment is only for hire
in the holiday season.
The fully equipped contemporary kitchen opens onto the comfortable living area with a
white leather sofa, flat screen television, a DVD player and Canal Satellite TV. It is air
conditioned with beautiful art adorning the wall. The inside dining area has a table for
two. Various beautiful lighting fixtures and potted plants liven up the atmosphere.
The master bedroom is on the upper level and features a walk-in closet and an office
area. It has a four-poster king size bed, is air-conditioned, has a safe, a TV, French
satellite TV and a DVD player. A computer is at the guest's disposal. The en suite
bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and towels. Guests also have a beautiful harbour
view. The second bedroom is on the lower level, also with an en suite bathroom and
twin beds. It is air conditioned, with flat screen television, a safe, vanity, La Ligne de St
Barth welcome products, hair dryer and towels. This bedroom has a harbour view. A
guest bathroom with toilet is located between the ground floor and the upper level.
The living area opens onto the terrace from where there is an amazing view of the
harbour with its yachts and the green opposite hill. There are comfortable blue sofa
couches and guests can dine al fresco. An adjustable cover over the terrace gives the
feeling of being on a yacht or a boat.
