This luxury rental apartment provides guests with an exclusive
chance for experiencing St. Barth differently from the norm.
The property is meticulously decorated in a warm, laid-back but
fashionable style and located right in the middle of Gustavia. An
exquisite view out over the harbour and the yachts creates an
absolutely peaceful atmosphere. Guests have commented on
the surprisingly relaxed lifestyle of the private St Barth
apartment, once they notice that they can easily walk to various
amazing restaurants, boutiques and clubs, and of course the
beautiful Shell Beach.
The main living room, dining area and kitchen are combined and create an airy, loftlike feel. The kitchen area with a large centre island with Siemens appliances is
contemporary and designed for ease of use. The living and dining areas have pleasant
décor using fine art, light wood and eggshell shade and French country-style antique
furniture with comfortable seating and a home theatre system.
The bedrooms have a rustic ambience with beautiful textiles in shades of white and
off-white. Located on the second floor is the master bedroom, with a king bed, en suite
bathroom. From the large floor to roof windows guests have a view onto the plants in
the building's central second storey quad. The bathroom comes with fixtures by Gessi
and Villeroy & Bosch and a washer/dryer. The second and third bedrooms and their
shared bathroom are to be found one floor up, one with a queen bed and the other
with a full bed. Slanted ceilings, natural wood floors and lots of light give these rooms
an open loft-like feel.
From the living area sliding glass doors open out onto a balcony that runs the length of
the apartment, which is great for watching the harbour and the yachts coming and
