Tucked away in the Italian rolling hills of Umbria, this little jewel will enchant you. The
magnificent setting with its lush green surroundings is the perfect getaway. Twenty
minutes from the city centre of Perugia, the region offers unparalleled cultural activities
and a rich architectural history. A trip to Rome or Florence, should take two hours. The
area also offers a multitude of activities such as 2 Golf courses within a 20 minute
drive, fishing excursions in one of the lakes or rivers or a nature walk to rejuvenate
you.
This restored, stone walled, luxury rental villa, built on the very top of Monte Santa
Croce, has 360? uninterrupted views of the Italian rolling hills. The living room, with its
warm tones and stone floors, is elegantly furnished and flows out onto the wellappointed terrace with sofa and armchairs. The dining room with its wooden table and
wicker chairs can seat six in comfort and also has access to a terrace which is set up
for outdoor dining. A well-equipped kitchen, with its country style feel will make cooking
a joy. Satellite TV, DVD player and an IPod Docking station are supplied. Children are
welcome and a cradle, high chair or baby bathtub are available on request.
The two king size double bedrooms are stylishly decorated with earth toned walls,
wooden floors and rustic wood beam ceilings. The 3rd bedroom has a romantic four
poster bed. All the rooms are air-conditioned and Wi-Fi internet access is available
everywhere on the property. Three en suite bathrooms each has a hairdryer.
Set in a manicured private garden, the private Italian villa is designed around outdoor
living. A large infinity pool that can be heated, surrounded by sunbeds, chairs and
umbrellas complements the terraced barbecue area perfectly for a day of relaxing
enjoyment in the warm Italian sunshine.
The estate provides a daily cleaning service as well as all day assistance to help and
