The self-catered private villa is very well situated in the
secluded, safe-guarded neighbourhood of Domaine du Levant
in Petit Cul de Sac. The Italian owner of this superb residence
introduced some of his homeland's building elements into the St
Barths villa. Guests will love the charming blend of laid-back
Caribbean lifestyle and romantic European architecture;
ranging from outdoor dining at a long table under the cool
shade or enjoying a barbecue in the garden to baking a pizza
in the oven on the terrace. The luxury rental villa enjoys the
perks of a private pool and a nearby tennis court and an
expansive ocean view.
Upon entering the stylish villa with its intimate ambience, you will be impressed by the
clever design. The indoor living area, with its combination of chic and rustic
furnishings, of secluded and social spaces, of sitting and dining and entertaining
facilities, is warm and welcoming. The kitchen opens directly onto a sheltered garden
terrace with the pizza oven and barbecue. Nearby, on the east side of the residence,
there is another dining area with a totally different ambience, overlooking the terrace,
the lovely pool, and the Atlantic Ocean disappearing over to the horizon.
Leading from the far end of the living area, there is a suite of three individually
decorated bedrooms, each with an attached bath. The master bedroom is at the other
end of the house, elevated to a higher-up level. The spacious suite has a sky lit, loftlike feeling with a private terrace, stunning ocean view, en suite bathroom and
dressing area .An additional fifth bedroom, at this end of the villa, also has its own
terrace and en suite bathroom.
The eastern terrace with its panoramic sea view is next to the gorgeous heated pool
