Only 15 minutes away from the Renaissance atmosphere of central Florence stands
this luxury rental villa. Positioned over a splendid valley, the villa faces the Tuscan
mountains while behind it lie the soft rolling hills of Chianti. Surrounded by 10 ha of
olive groves and landscaped gardens, this is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation –
Italian style.
The villa's beautiful interior is furnished by the present owner - a famous Italian interior
designer. By combining antiques with neo-classics, blended together with every
modern comfort, including air-conditioning, TVs and Wi-Fi, her skills have created a
welcoming abode. The villa's enchanting panorama can be enjoyed from large
luminous windows stretching the entire length of the house. On the ground floor there
is a double living room with a gallery and a fitted glass fireplace. There is also a full
equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and a formal dining room with a second open
fireplace.
On the ground floor two sliding glass doors lead to an extraordinary bright suite with a
four-poster double bed and en suite bathroom. For those who wish to have a prebreakfast swim, two large glass doors open directly onto the salt-water swimming pool.
On the first floor there are two beautiful double bedrooms, each furnished with a
comfortable queen sized bed, a walk-in closet and a en suite bathroom with shower.
The rooms share a large shared dressing room between them.
At the front of the house there is a 150sqm covered terrace, completely done in stone
and positioned to soak up the incredible views. The terrace provides a peaceful area
for relaxing, dining and cooling-off on summer evenings. Enjoy al fresco dining with
your friends and family in typical Italian style – either at the wooden table or at the
crystal-topped wrought-iron table. Alternatively lounge in large comfortable summer
sofas next to the salt-water pool surrounded by jasmine and lemon trees.
