This stunningly beautiful villa lies just off the road going into Formentor, one of the
most striking areas of the Mediterranean. It is only a 400-metre drive to Formentor's
clear white beaches and blue waters. This is the ideal getaway house for romantic
couples or for families with teenagers. To get to Puerto de Pollença, the closest town
from the villa with a supermarket, takes a leisurely seven kilometre drive through the
mountains. The airport is 70km away.
Entering the private Mallorcan villa on the ground floor, you will find three lavish and
beautifully decorated lounge areas. Also on the same floor is a spacious dining room
with decorative statues, a cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen with small table and
chairs and access to outside area. There are two annexes, each with their own
kitchenette. The villa has satellite TV with the basic channels, normal TV and flat
screen, a DVD player, sound system and Wi-Fi as well as air-conditioning. There are
two laundry rooms.
In total, the property sleeps ten in five bedrooms. On the ground floor is a double
bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the first floor is a twin bedroom with a fabulous
large terrace with sea views and an en suite bathroom. On the second floor is a
bedroom with two pull-out beds, accessible by narrow steps: this is the ideal novelty
space for teenagers at the top of the house. The first annexe has a double bedroom
with a full bathroom and the second has a twin bedroom with two pull-out beds and a
full bathroom.
On the first floor is a huge terrace offers panoramic views of the Bay of Pollença that is
out of this world. Various terraces around the luxury rental villa t offer spaces for dining
or relaxing on sun chairs. The swimming pool is deep with a stepladder and an
irregular shape. Barbecue facilities are available. The grounds consist of a luscious
botanic garden with ponds and imposing pine trees creating a magical mountain

the villa is not the safest place for young children.
Minimum stay: 7 nights
During peak season (June, July, August and September) a booking period will only be
possible from Saturday to Saturday.
