This luxury villa brings a new level of clever design to the
peaceful and little-known St. Barth neighbourhood of Grand
Fond. Created by the celebrated architectural firm of Olivier
Dain Perspectives, the residence is sure to become one of the
most sought after self-catered villas on St Barth. It is situated a
short ten-minute walk from the island's dramatic Atlantic
coastline.
The enormous door at the entrance to this luxury rental villa opens to reveal a cool
and peaceful haven, with a large living area that leads directly out to a courtyard with a
wooden deck and pool. The living room is an ideal place for a cool breather from the
sun after a trip to the beach, and in the evening guests can enjoy the home cinema
and modern electronic amenities. The kitchen offers up-to-date equipment shared with
the joy of cooking in an open environment, without being cut off from your friends and
family. Entertaining is simple with plentiful seating in three sheltered dining areas just
outside the kitchen. Additionally there is a play room for the kids. With many artistic
touches like polished cement floors and hammered-copper lamps, decorated in earthy
hues and hardwood with dramatic splashes of cerise colouring, the ambience of the
villa makes it one of the most welcoming homes on the island.
The master bedroom leads from the living area across the deck, with a king-size
platform bed, an en suite bathroom with a large bathtub, a rain-head shower, dual
vanities and a dressing area. An HDTV is hidden away in the footboard of the bed.
The second and third bedrooms have full-size beds, en suite bathrooms with rain-head
showers, and open directly onto the pool and terrace. A fourth bedroom is positioned
behind the main living area, with its own bathroom as well as a private entrance from
the parking area.

The focal point of the private rental villa is the pool and terrace area. One of its biggest
assets is a wet bar and barbecue beside the pool. Comfortable seating and an ice
machine at the poolside bar will make this the perfect place for a day spent at a
relaxed pace. The beautiful lighting and cool breeze in the palms at night make the
same space enjoyable in a whole new way.
All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year's Day will be charged at the
Holiday Rate for a minimum of 7 to 14 days, depending on the villa selected.
