CICB-Paris research teams also conceive and
elaborate innovative therapeutic tools using
unique synthesis methods. They develop
ultrasensitive biophysical approaches (imaging,
spectroscopy..) and explore biological systems
at the molecular, cellular and tissue levels.
CICB-Paris has approximately 6000 m2 of laboratory space and the research work is supported
by numerous technological resources and core
facilities.
Laboratory Units
Facilities
CICB-Paris takes the advantage of its interdisciplinary context to develop both basic and
applied research in chemistry, biology and at the
interface of these disciplines. The research topics of the teams that compose CICB-Paris deal
with major fields of public health, ranging from
cancer, viral and prion infections to diseases of
the nervous and the articular systems and the
mechanisms of chemical toxicity.
