Womi tecHnoBond
Womi technobond is een hoogwaardig één-component afdichtings- en verlijmingsmateriaal op basis van MS polymeer.
• Duurzaam elastisch blijvende lijmkit met hoge modules.
• Verlijmende en afdichtende toepassingsmogelijkheden voor binnen en buiten, in de bouw- en industriesector.
• Overschilderbaar met watergedragen verven, (verven op basis van alkydhars kunnen in droging vertraagd worden, vooraf testen).
• Geeft geen randzone vervuiling (uitstekend geschikt voor natuursteen).
• Krimp nihil.
• Isocyanaat-, oplosmiddel-, siliconen- en ftalaat vrij.
• Extra snelle doorharding.
• UV-, weer-, (zout)water-, vocht-, schimmel- en chloorbestendig.
• Zeer goede en directe hechting op praktisch elke ondergrond (zelfs vochtige) in de meeste gevallen zonder toepassing van een hechtprimer

Applicatieconditie
Ondergrond (hechtvlak)
Op schone, vet- en stofvrije ondergronden (eventuele loszittende delen verwijderen) kan zonder toepassing van een primer een goede hechting
worden verkregen op o.a. verfsystemen, aluminium, kunststoffen, metalen, glas, spiegels, keramische tegels en niet poreuze ondergronden in
het algemeen. Geadviseerd wordt betonnen ondergronden voor te behandelen met een speciale primer. Door de grote diversiteit aan (industriële) ondergronden verdient het echter aanbeveling vooraf een hechtproef te nemen.

Reinigen
Materiaal : Direct na gebruik met Womi SafeClean, Terpentine of glycerinevrije reiniger
Handen : Met handreiniger en/of water en zeep.
Overschilderbaarheid
Uitstekend overschilderbaar met watergedragen verfsystemen. De hechting van de verf op de kit is mede afhankelijk van de samenstelling van
de verf (vooraf testen). Vóór het schilderen, het kitoppervlak reinigen met spiritus. Voor een optimale hechting met een watergedragen verf blijkt
het aanbrengen van de eerste verflaag op Womi Technobond binnen een termijn van 3 dagen gewenst. Verven op basis van alkydhars kunnen in
droging vertraagd worden. Geadviseerd wordt vooraf een verdraagzaamheids- en/of hechtingstest uit te voeren.
Veiligheid algemeen
Langdurig contact met de huid voorkomen. Direct contact met levens- en genotsmiddelen vermijden zolang de kit nog niet is uitgehard. Wanneer niet uitgeharde Womi Technobond in de ogen komt, deze met veel water uitspoelen en raadpleeg een arts.

Womi tecHnoBond
Womi technobond is a high-quality 1-component sealing and adhesive material based on MS polymer.
• Durable adhesive that remains elastic with high modules.
• Adhesive and sealing application uses for inside and out, in the construction and industrial sectors.
• Can be painted with water-borne paints (can delay the drying of paints based on alkyd resin, test first).
• Does not contaminate boundary zone (extremely suitable for natural stone).
• Nil shrinkage.
• Isocyanate, solvent, silicone and phthalate free.
• Extra quick hardening.
• UV, weather (salt)water, moisture, mould and chorine resistant.
• Very good and immediate adhesion on almost any surface (even damp) in most cases without the use of an adhesive primer (test surfaces

Application condition
Surface (bonding surface)
A good bond can be obtained on clean, grease-free and dust-free surfaces (remove any loose parts) without applying a primer including paint
systems, aluminium, plastics, metals, glass, mirrors, ceramic tiles and non-porous surfaces in general. We recommend that concrete surfaces
are treated with a special primer. Because of the wide diversity of (industrial) surfaces we recommend making a test bond beforehand.

can be painted?
Can be painted excellently using water-borne paint systems. The adhesion of the paint to the sealant is partly dependent on the paint composition (test beforehand). Clean the sealant surface with white spirit before painting. For optimal adhesion of water-borne paint it has proven
that application of the first layer of paint to Wombi Tehnobond is required within a period of 3 days. Can increase the drying time of alkyd resin
based paints. It is recommended that a compatibility test and/or adhesion test is carried out beforehand.
General safety
Avoid prolonged contact with the skin. Avoid direct contact with food and drink until the sealant has hardened. If un-hardened Womi Technobond comes into contact with the eye rinse copiously with water and consult a doctor.

Conditions d’application
Surface (surface d’adhérence)
Une bonne adhérence est obtenue, sans application d’un apprêt, sur les surfaces propres, sans particules ni graisse (éliminer les éventuelles
pièces non fixées), notamment sur les systèmes de peinture, l’aluminium, les plastiques, les métaux, le verre, les miroirs, les dalles en céramique et les surfaces non poreuses en général. Il est recommandé de traiter préalablement les surfaces en béton avec un apprêt spécial. Compte
tenu de la grande diversité des surfaces (industrielles), il est recommandé d’effectuer un test préalable d’adhérence.

nettoyer
Matériel : Directement après usage avec Womi SafeClean, de l’essence de térébenthine ou un nettoyant sans glycérine.
Mains : Avec un produit nettoyant pour les mains et/ou de l’eau et du savon.
peinture
Particulièrement approprié pour être repeint avec des systèmes de peinture à base d’eau. L’adhérence de la peinture sur le kit dépend aussi de
la composition de la peinture (tester préalablement). Avant de peindre la surface, il est nécessaire de la nettoyer avec du white spirit. Pour une
adhérence optimale avec de la peinture à base d’eau, il est préférable d’appliquer la première couche de peinture sur le
Womi Technobond après 3 jours. Les peintures à base de résines alkydiques peuvent être à l’origine d’un séchage plus lent. Il est recommandé
de réaliser préalablement un test de tolérance et/ou d’adhérence.
Précautions de sécurité
Éviter un contact prolongé avec la peau. Éviter le contact direct avec les produits et préparations alimentaires tant que le kit ne s’est pas encore
durci. En cas de contact du Womi Technobond non durci avec les yeux, rincer les yeux avec de l’eau en abondance et consulter un médecin.
