Womi LuBe
Roest is niet alleen vervelend, maar ook duur: ieder jaar kost hij de economie miljarden. Reden genoeg om allerlei onderdelen en constructies
van staal en andere metalen tegen corrosie, vastvreten en slijtage te beschermen. De meest verschillende invloeden leiden telkens weer tot corrosieschade en tot het gevaar van vastvreten aan machines en installaties. Vooral onder bemoeilijkte gebruiksomstandigheden, zoals bijv.
•
hoge bedrijfstemperaturen
•
hoge drukbelastingen
•
vrije weersomstandigheden
•
alkalische en zure reinigingsmiddelen
•
en andere invloeden van middelen
kunnen corrosie, vastvreten en slijtage zonder veilige bescherming niet voorkomen worden; de demontage van bijv. machines en machineonderdelen wordt dan echt een probleem. De oplossing heet Womi Lube. Door de bijzondere samenstelling en de meest fijne vermaling van
vaste stoffen worden de ruwe oppervlakken van het te beschermen deel opgevuld. Zodoende ontstaat een effectieve bescherming tegen

vastroesten

aan elkaar lassen door oververhitting

oxidatie
•
stick-slip verschijnselen (terugglijden)

en passingroest
Alleen een absoluut gesloten oppervlak garandeert een effectieve bescherming tegen corrosie.
Womi Lube
• is temperatuurbestendig van -180°C tot + 1450°C
• bezit een uitstekende warmtegeleidingsvermogen
• en is bestand tegen extreme drukbelasting (230 N/mm²).
Womi Lube is bovendien een uitstekend smeermiddel voor statisch uiterst belaste delen en langzaam roterende installaties in het hoge temperatuurbereik, de laatste bij dienovereenkomstige nasmeer intervallen. In de dubbele functie als smeermiddel en corrosiebescherming wordt Womi
Lube een rationaliseringsfactor, waarvan het effect zowel in de tijdbesparing alsook in de kostenreductie ligt. Door zijn extreem lage wrijvingscoëfficiënt is Womi Lube buitengewoon slijtvast en zodoende ook als afdichtingmiddel bruikbaar. Waarom Womi Lube toepassen? Gewone
minerale oliën en vetten zijn vaak niet in staat om onder bemoeilijkte omstandigheden voor voldoende smering en bescherming te zorgen.
Het basiscomponent in Womi Lube is een synthetisch oliemengsel dat
• een wezenlijk geringer zwavelaandeel dan in minerale oliehoudende producten bevat en zodoende een verdamping van de olie zonder reststoffen bij temperaturen van +200°C tot +250°C mogelijk maakt.
• in het bijzonder bij roestvrij staal (bijv. VA-materiaal) belangrijk is, omdat daardoor spanningsscheurcorrosie voorkomen wordt.
• onder dynamische belasting een goede inlaatkarakteristiek bij een constant wrijvingsverloop laat zien.
Womi Lube is zuinig in het gebruik. Bij een laagdikte van 0,01 mm (komt overeen met een blijvende film van 12 μ) is 1 kg voldoende om ca. 45
m² oppervlak af te dekken. Womi Lube weerstaat hoge statische en dynamische belastingen en garandeert een verhoogde gebruiksveiligheid bij

Womi LuBe
Rust is not only a nuisance, it is expensive too: every year it costs the economy billions, which is reason enough to protect all kinds of components and structures made from steel and other metals against corrosion, seizing and wear. The most wide-ranging influences lead to corrosion
damage and to the risk of machines and installations seizing. Under difficult conditions of use, such as
•
high operating temperatures
•
high pressure loads
•
exposed weather conditions
•
alkaline and acid cleaning agents
•
and other influences from agents
in particular, corrosion, seizing and wear cannot be prevented without safe protection; the disassembly of machines and machine components,
for example, then becomes a real problem. The solution is called Womi Lube. Because of its special composition and the most finely milled
solid substances, the rough surfaces of the part to be protected are filled. This creates an effective protection against

wear

binding due to rust
•
welding-together due to overheating

oxidation

stick-slip phenomena (sliding back)

and fretting rust
Effective protection against corrosion can only be guaranteed by a totally sealed surface.
Womi Lube
•
is resistant to temperatures from -180 °C to + 1450 °C

has an excellent heat-conducting capacity

is resistant to extreme pressure loads (230 N/mm²).
In addition, Womi Lube is an excellent lubricant for static, extremely loaded parts and slowly rotating installations in the high temperature
range, the latter with corresponding lubrication intervals. In the dual function of lubricant and corrosion protection Womi Lube is a rationalizing
factor, where the effect lies in both time saving and in cost reduction. Because of its extremely low coefficient of friction Womi Lube is extremely
resistant to wear and because of this it can also be used as a sealing agent. Why use Womi Lube? Ordinary mineral oils and greases are often
incapable of providing sufficient lubrication and protection under difficult conditions.
The base component of Womi Lube is a synthetic oil mixture that

contains a considerably smaller sulphur component than products containing mineral oil and this facilitates the evaporation of the oil
without residues at temperatures from +200 °C to +250 °C.
•
is important in stainless steel ( VA material for example) in particular, because this prevents stress fracture corrosion.
•
demonstrates good inlet characteristics under dynamic loads at a constant friction trend.
Womi Lube is economical in use. At a layer thickness of 0.01 mm (equivalent to a lasting film of 12 μ), 1 kg is sufficient to cover an area of approx. 45 m². Womi Lube is resistant to high static and dynamic loads and ensures increased user safety where there is penetration of

fresh or salt water

hot water, water vapour
•
alkaline or mildly acidic agents
•
radiated heat

road salt, natural gas and exhaust gases.

Womi LuBe
La rouille est un problème non seulement désagréable, mais aussi coûteux : chaque année, elle représente pour l’économie des dépenses de
plusieurs milliards. Raison de plus pour protéger tous types de pièces et de structures fabriquées en acier et avec d’autres métaux contre la corrosion, la désagrégation et l’usure. Les influences les plus diverses donnent lieu, dans tous les cas, à des dommages de corrosion et menacent
les machines et les installations de désagrégation. Surtout dans des conditions d’usage rigoureuses, comme
•
des températures élevées dans l’entreprise
•
des forces de pression élevées
•
les conditions atmosphériques
•
des agents de nettoyage à base de substances acides ou alcalines

et d’autres influences exercées par les agents
Sans une protection sûre, la corrosion, la désagrégation et l’usure ne peuvent pas être évitées et, naturellement, le démontage des machines
et des pièces mécaniques, par exemple, représente véritablement un problème. La solution s’appelle Womi Lube. Grâce à sa composition
exceptionnelle et au broyage ultrafin de particules solides, les superficies rugueuses de la pièce à protéger sont recouvertes. De cette façon, on
obtient une protection efficace contre

le soudage des pièces dû à un chauffage excessif

Womi Lube

De plus, Womi Lube est un excellent agent de lubrification pour les pièces statiques supportant des charges très lourdes et pour les installations à rotation lente à haute température, et requérant des regraissages à intervalles réguliers. La double fonction de Womi Lube comme agent
de lubrification et protection anticorrosion convertit ce produit en un facteur de rationalisation, avec un impact à la fois au niveau du gain de
temps et de la réduction des coûts. Grâce à son coefficient de friction extrêmement faible, Womi Lube présente une résistance exceptionnelle à
l’usure, ce qui permet de l’utiliser également comme agent d’étanchéité. Pourquoi utiliser Womi Lube ? Généralement, les huiles et les graisses
minérales ordinaires ne sont pas en mesure d’assurer une lubrification et une protection suffisantes dans des conditions rigoureuses.
Le composant de base de Womi Lube est un mélange synthétique d’huiles qui

contient une teneur en soufre nettement inférieure à celle des produits à base d’huiles minérales, ce qui permet une évaporation de
huile sans résidus à des températures oscillant entre +200°C et +250°C.

est particulièrement important pour l’acier inoxydable (p. ex. matériel VA), étant donné qu’il permet de prévenir la corrosion par
fissuration sous contrainte.

présente une bonne caractéristique d’admission sous pression dynamique, avec un mouvement de friction constant.
