TECHNISCHE GEGEVENS
Womix SF is een universeel zelfmixende 2 componenten PU=systeem voor supersnelle verlijming en reparatie.
Mixtijd : 50 seconden
Verwerking binnen : 90 seconden
Kan bewerkt worden na : 10 minuten bij +20°C
Volledige sterkte na : 30 minuten bij +20°C
Rekbaar : 72%
Treksterkte : 2.610 N/cm2
Afschuifweerstand (aluminium) : 1.370 N/cm2
Bestand tegen temperaturen : -30°C tot +100°C
Verwerkingstemperatuur : minimaal +10°C
GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING
• verwijder het afsluitdopje van de patroon
• stop de patroon in het spuitpistool
• spuit totdat beide componenten gelijktijding uit de patroon komen
• bij verstopping: verwijder verstopping voorzichtig met een kleine schroevendraaier
• monteer de mixertip (indien nodig, kan de mixertip op lengte worden gesneden)
• spuit eerst 1 à 2 cm, totdat het mengsel homogeen gekleurd is
• ruw de ondergrond licht op
• delen dienen op droog, schoon, stof- en vetvrij te zijn
• overmatig product kan met Womi Safe Clean worden verwijderd
• wanneer de verwerkingstijd (3 tot 5 minuten) verstreken is, dient een nieuwe mixertip gemonteerd te worden
TOEPASSING
• Womix SF hecht op de volgende materialen: steen (ook natuursteen), hard en zacht hout, glas, ijzer- en nietijzerhoudende
metalen, isolatiematerialen, HPL, melamine, ABS, SMC, PC, polyester etc.
• voor het maken van een chemisch verankering in verschillende constructiematerialen
• voor snelle reparatie van metalen of kunststof delen

TECHNICAL DATA
Womix SF is a universal, self-mixing 2-component PU system for super-fast bonding and repairs.
Mixing time : 50 seconds
Workable for : 90 seconds
Can be worked on after : 10 minutes at +20 °C
Full strength after : 30 minutes at +20 °C
Elasticity : 72%
Tensile strength : 2,610 N/cm2
Shear resistance (aluminium) : 1,370 N/cm2
Temperature resistance : -30 °C to +100 °C
Working temperature : minimum +10 °C
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• remove the cap from the cartridge
• insert the cartridge into the mixing pistol
• squeeze until both components leave the cartridge simultaneously
• in the event of blockages: carefully remove the blockage with a small screwdriver
• attach the mixing tip (the mixing tip can be cut to length if necessary)
• first squeeze out 1 to 2 cm until the mixture is a homogenous colour
• lightly roughen the surface
• parts should be dry, clean and free from dust and grease
• superfluous product can be removed with Womi Safe Clean
• once the workable time (3 to 5 minutes) has elapsed a new mixing tip should be attached
APPLICATIONS
• Womix SF adheres to the following materials: stone (including natural stone), hard and soft wood, glass, ferriferous and
non-ferriferous metals, insulation materials, HPL, melamine, ABS, SMC, PC, polyester etc.
• for creating a chemical anchor in various construction materials
• for quick repairs to metals or plastic components

CARACTÉRISTIQUES TECHNIQUES

MODE D’UTILISATION
• retirer le capuchon de fermeture de la cartouche
• fixer la cartouche dans le pistolet d’aspersion
• vaporiser jusqu’à ce que les deux composants sortent simultanément de la cartouche
• en cas d’obstruction : éliminer délicatement l’obstruction à l’aide d’un petit tournevis
• fixer la tige de mélange (si nécessaire, la tige de mélange peut être coupée à la longueur souhaitée)
• faire sortir d’abord 1 à 2 cm jusqu’à ce que le mélange acquière une couleur homogène
• frotter légèrement sur la surface
• les pièces doivent être placées sur une surface sèche, propre, sans poussières ni graisse
• l’excédent de produit peut être éliminé avec le Womi Safe Clean
• une fois la durée d’action écoulée (3 à 5 minutes), une nouvelle tige de mélange doit être insérée
APPLICATION
• Womix SF adhère aux matériaux suivants : pierre (y compris la pierre naturelle), bois dur et flexible, verre, métaux ferreux et non ferreux,
matériaux d’isolation, HPL, mélamine, ABS, SMC, PC, polyester, etc.
• pour l’obtention d’une adhérence chimique dans différents matériaux de construction
• pour la réparation rapide des composants métalliques ou en plastique
