ALGEMEEN
Womi Xtreme Lube is een speciaal samengesteld smeermiddel op basis van acrylaat copolymeren en neutrale, synthetische oliën, gemengd
met alifatische en een weinig aromatische petroleumdistillaten, om de penetrerende werking te verhogen. Xtreme Lube bevat PTFE ter verhoging van de standtijd en verlaging van de glijweerstand. Xtreme Lube werd ontworpen om een hoog smeervermogen te bieden bij hoge (druk)
belasting en in moeilijke omstandigheden. Xtreme Lube beschermt tegen corrosie door het vormen van een dunne polymeer-filmlaag terwijl het
toch diep doordringt in de te smeren onderdelen.
Xtreme Lube kan in een groot temperatuurbereik ingezet worden, zonder verandering van viscositeit. Door zijn hoog hechtingsvermogen weerstaat Xtreme Lube aan hogedrukreiniging. Het vermindert kettingwrijving en slijtage en verlengt de levensduur van de ketting tot 10X.

GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING
Spuitbus schudden voor gebruik. Spuitbus tijdens toepassing rechtop houden. Voor optimal resultaten, eerst oude smeermiddelen verwijderen.
TOEPASSING
• Womi Xtreme Lube is ontwikkeld voor heavy duty smering, zowel voor toepassingen binnen als buiten.
• Womi Xtreme Lube ideaal voor moeilijk bereikbare of periodiek te onderhouden smeerpunten.
• Womi Xtreme Lube is geschikt voor alle soorten industrie, maar vooral geschikt voor kettingen, transportbanden, open aandrijvingen, stalen
kabels, scharnieren, sluitverbindingen, stangenstelsel (schakeling), …
• Womi Xtreme Lube is ook geschikt voor zgn. O-ring kettingen.
• Womi Xtreme Lube is vooral geschikt waar technische uitrusting en materialen aan zware omstandigheden (blootstelling aan
weersomstandigheden, contact met zuren, alkali, heet en koud water, stoom ) onderhevig is.

GENERAL
Womi Xtreme Lube is a specially formulated lubricant based on acrylate copolymers and neutral synthetic oils, mixed with aliphatic and
lightly aromatic petroleum distillates to increase the penetrative effect.
Xtreme Lube contains PTFE to increase the standing time and decrease the resistance to friction.
Xtreme Lube has been designed to provide a high lubrication capacity at high (pressure) loads and in difficult situations.
Xtreme Lube protects against corrosion by forming a thin polymer film layer while still deeply penetrating the components to be lubricated.
Xtreme Lube can be used through a wide temperature range, without a change of viscosity. As a result of the high adhesive power Xtreme
Lubecan resist high pressure cleaning. It reduces chain friction and wear and increases the chain’s service life up to 10x.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake aerosol well before use. Hold the aerosol upright during use. For optimal results remove old lubricants first.

GÉNÉRALITÉS
Womi Xtreme Lube est un lubrifiant spécialement développé à base de copolymères d’acrylate et d’huiles synthétiques neutres, mélangés
avec des distillats de pétrole aliphatiques et peu aromatisés, afin de renforcer le pouvoir de pénétration.
Xtreme Lube contient du polytétrafluoroéthylène (PTFE) pour prolonger la durée de lubrification et réduire la résistance au glissement.
Xtreme Lube a été conçu pour fournir un grand pouvoir de lubrification avec des charges (pressions) élevées et dans des circonstances ardues.
Xtreme Lube protège contre la corrosion moyennant la formation d’une fine pellicule de polymère, tout en assurant une pénétration profonde
dans les pièces à lubrifier.
Xtreme Lube peut être appliqué à une température élevée sans altération de sa viscosité. Grâce à son grand pouvoir d’adhérence, Xtreme Lube
résiste au nettoyage à haute pression. Il réduit la friction et l’usure des chaînes et prolonge leur durée de vie jusqu’à 10X.

MODE D’UTILISATION
Agiter l’aérosol avant utilisation Tenir l’aérosol en position verticale pendant l’application. Pour des résultats optimaux, éliminer préalablement
les lubrifiants antérieurs.
APPLICATIONS
• Womi Xtreme Lube a été conçu pour une lubrification industrielle, dans des applications à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur.
• Womi Xtreme Lube idéal pour des points de lubrification difficilement accessibles ou qui requièrent une lubrification périodique.
• Womi Xtreme Lube est approprié pour tous types d’industries, mais surtout pour les chaînes, les courroies de transport, les transmissions
ouvertes, les câbles en acier, les charnières, les assemblages de fermetures, les systèmes de tringles (connexion), etc.
• Womi Xtreme Lube est aussi approprié pour les chaînes à joint torique.
• Womi Xtreme Lube est surtout approprié pour les équipements et matériels techniques qui sont soumis à de rudes conditions d’utilisation
