To reinforce our Geneva office and our Marketing specialization, we are searching for an enthusiastic and professional
Marketing Science Research Associate, who is looking for an exciting career path supporting a team delivering FMCG

Key responsibilities will include:




At the proposal stage, advise the client service marketing team in terms of the research approach;
involvement in client meetings may be required for complex studies
After the study is commissioned, responsible for running analysis and providing outputs in the appropriate
format
Liaise with client service and research execution team with regard to report production and/or interpretation
of results
Development of new tools and methodologies and optimization of output production process
Qualifications, skills and competencies:












A minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in Market research industry
BA/MA in Economics, Social Sciences, Social Statistics or related areas
English (fluent written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, statistical software such as SPSS family, SAS, Sawtooth, Latent Gold etc (R
experience is a plus);
Excellent knowledge of Market Research methodologies and tools
Experience in Data Processing and Data Mining, as well as experience with advanced statistical procedures
and modeling such as sampling, regression models, clustering methods, Choice Based Modeling, SEM, CHAID,
Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, Random Forests, etc.
Excellent communication ability versus colleagues and clients in terms of explaining the methodological
principles and the correct interpretation of results
Advanced Charting skills (Excel)
Programing experience is a plus
Experience with web-analytics and social networks and Operational Research (OR) is a plus
Open minded, curious, dynamic, enthusiastic, with an ability to work well under pressure
Ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment
