To reinforce our Geneva office and our Marketing specialization, we are searching for an enthusiastic and professional
Associate Client Service Director, who is looking for an exciting career path delivering FMCG expertise in a rapid growth
environment, servicing one of our major international clients.
Responsibilities:
The ACSD will manage quantitative research projects, including briefings with the client, consulting on most
appropriate design of the survey, analysis and presentation of key conclusions and strategic recommendations.
Key responsibilities will include:
 Supporting the Client Service Director in the development of a portfolio of categories;
 Develop understand the client’s organization, product categories and
 Build and maintain relationships with key contacts;
 Deliver a high level of consultancy:
o Consult with clients to identify needs and shape most relevant Learning Plan
o Develop most appropriate research solutions, leveraging up-to-date and innovative techniques
o Present precise and actionable recommendations
o Interface with other Ipsos departments and dedicated teams globally to deliver a holistic perspective
to client
The Associate Client Service Director will be expected to have a strong focus on client satisfaction, and to strive
to exceed expectations and work continuously to develop the relationship.
Qualifications, skills and competencies:












BA / MA degree, ideally in Market Research
8 years of professional experience within market research institute(s)
Strong market analysis skills, ideally in FMCG environment
Expertise on ad hoc and quantitative research
Fluent written and spoken English
International exposure
Open minded, curious, dynamic, enthusiastic, with an ability to work well under pressure
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Expertise in written communication / management reports
Ability to develop trust and build solid relationships;
Ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment
International mind-set, team spirit and multicultural oriented.
