To reinforce our Geneva office and our Loyalty specialization, we are searching for a dynamic, and positive Senior Research Executive to join a successful team in an area of strategic importance to the business. Key Responsibilities: The Senior Research executive will manage the end-to-end delivery of large multi-country programs which cover various methodologies within the areas of loyalty outlined above. o o o o o o o o o o o Project management: management and implementation of project set up, management of workflows and allocation of team resources Review of research inputs (questionnaire, brand lists, stimulus material) for field suitability Fieldwork management and coordination, including managing fieldwork suppliers and conducting fieldwork briefings Supporting on the data processing process, designing and implementing data checking protocols Management of the project schedule, ensuring that all updates are provided in a timely fashion Timely escalation and resolution of issues Working with Client Service Director on process management to drive efficiencies in working practices Build effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders internal and external, and with offshored partners Quality management to ensure projects adhere to all internal quality procedures Implementing quality assurance protocols and Ipsos project management best practice Ensuring all project-related documentation (i.e. Scope of Work, Project Plans, Risk/Issue logs/Schedules etc) are completed accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with company standards Management of the proposal process and preparation of project budgets Financial management and control of projects Regular review of project budgets and performance against budget Preparation of large, complex costs to feed into Loyalty proposals Active management of project budget Qualifications, skills and competencies: 4-6 years’ experience in market research project management BA / MA degree, ideally in Market Research or a related business discipline Previous customer/loyalty research or brand research experience would be an advantage Good knowledge of all data collection methodologies Fluent English required (German language skills would be a plus) Exceptional communication skills Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to demonstrate passion, drive and enthusiasm to move the business forward Excellent knowledge of Word, excel, PowerPoint We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment, with a job full of diversity, and the opportunity to develop your career within one of the most successful global market research groups - plus a great working environment and quality of life, based in the city of Geneva.
