NovoCIB is certified by the French Ministry of Higher Education
and Research as a "Research Tax Credit" company
NovoCIB obtient l'agrément du Ministère de l'Enseignement
Supérieur et de la Recherche au titre du Crédit Impôt Recherche
(CIR)
Lyon, August 4th 2010 The French Ministry of Higher Education and Research has approved NovoCIB's request to be
certified as a "Research Tax Credit" company.
NovoCIB now belongs to the list of the French Ministry-approved private research organizations.
This agreement entitles NovoCIB's clients who are subject to corporate income tax in France to
benefit from a significant tax credit upon R&D expenditures outsourced to NovoCIB.
The agreement granted to NovoCIB is valid for three years, thus covering the 2010-2013 period,
and could be renewed afterwards.

Hitherto, NovoCIB has provided most of its R&D products and services internationally. This
certification will undoubtedly expand business partnerships with French pharmaceutical and
biotechnology companies and strengthen NovoCIB's position on its national market.

Le Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche a approuvé la demande
d'agrément déposée par NovoCIB au titre du Crédit Impôt Recherche. NovoCIB rejoint donc la
liste des organismes prestataires en R&D agréés par le gouvernement. Cette accréditation
donne droit aux clients de NovoCIB soumis à l'impôt sur les sociétés en France de bénéficier
d'un crédit d'impôt significatif sur les dépenses externes de R&D confiées à NovoCIB. Cet
agrément attribué à NovoCIB est valable 3 ans, couvrant donc la période 2010-2013, et pourra
être renouvelé.

Jusqu'à présent, les prestations proposées par NovoCIB étaient en grande majorité fournies à
l'international. Cet agrément CIR permettra à l'entreprise d'élargir ses partenariats avec des
sociétés pharmaceutiques et de biotechnologies françaises et de renforcer sa position sur le
marché national.
