Porteur du projet Instituto Gallego de Calidad FRUITS & VEGETABLES / NEW PROCESSES Industrial process for pasteurisation of fruit-based products Alimentaria (Espagne) PE3F2 Energy-efficient electro-treatment process for the fruit sector. The PE3F2 project aims to develop an alternative pasteurisation technology designed for industrial quantities of fruit- and vegetablebased juices and processed products in profitable economic conditions. Labelled project PE3F2 This innovative process will preserve the nutritional and organoleptic properties (flavour, colour, texture) of the products. Project holder DELIFRUITS - Groupe REFRESCO The stated objectives of the project : Objectives Adapt Electrical Impulse Field (EIF) technology to fruit- and vegetable-based processed products and make an industrial prototype for alternative pasteurisation to preserve the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the products. The project plans to adapt Electrical Impulse Field (EIF) technology to fruitand vegetable-based processed products (fruit juices, compotes, purées) and make an industrial prototype.
