NOUVEAU POINT « FOCUS » ET AMENAGEMENT DE LA PAGE INTERNET « LEGISLATION »
La page « Législation » du site internet d’OVOCOM a été quelque peu remaniée.
Parmi les nouveautés, il faut remarquer :
1. La publication d’un nouveau point « Focus ». Ce dernier est consacré à la parution récente de
la Convention entre l'Etat fédéral et les Régions concernant les sous-produits animaux non
destinés à la consommation humaine.
2. Le retrait des aperçus hebdomadaires de 2012 et de 2013, suite à l’actualisation du document
‘AT-01 : Législation’. Ces aperçus ont toutefois fait l’objet d’une compilation dans un seul
document regroupant ceux-ci par année calendrier. Ils sont disponibles au téléchargement.
3. La mise à disposition de tous les points « Focus » de 2012 et 2013, qui ont été regroupés en
synthèse annuelle, présentée sous forme d’un seul document téléchargeable.
4. Comme déjà annoncé la semaine dernière, la subdivision du point « Autres documents » en
plusieurs sujets afin d’en faciliter la consultation.
Pour prendre connaissance de ces changements, nous vous renvoyons à notre page internet
disponible via le lien www.ovocom.be/Legislation.aspx?lang=fr. Cette page est accessible à toutes les
entreprises certifiées GMP et/ou ‘Guide Autocontrôle Alimentation animale’ grâce à l’utilisation de leurs
login et mot de passe. Si vous ne disposez pas encore de cet accès, veuillez en faire la demande par
courriel à l’adresse [email protected].

NIEUWE “FOCUS”-RUBRIEK EN WIJZIGING VAN DE INTERNETPAGINA “WETGEVING”
De pagina « Wetgeving » van de OVOCOM-website is enigszins bijgewerkt.
Het gaat onder andere om volgende nieuwigheden:
1. De publicatie van een nieuwe “Focus”-rubriek. Deze laatste is gewijd aan de recente publicatie
van de Overeenkomst tussen de Federale Staat en de Gewesten betreffende de niet voor
menselijke consumptie bestemde dierlijke bijproducten.
2. De verwijdering van de wekelijkse overzichten van 2012 en 2013, ten gevolge van de
actualisatie van het document ‘AT-01 : Wetgeving’. Deze overzichten werden echter in één
enkel document per kalenderjaar gegroepeerd. Ze zijn te downloaden op onze archiefpagina.
3. Het ter beschikking stellen van alle « Focus »-rubrieken van 2012 en 2013, die per jaar
werden gebundeld en aangeboden worden onder de vorm van één te downloaden document.
4. Zoals vorige week reeds werd aangekondigd, de onderverdeling van de rubriek « Overige
documenten » in verschillende rubrieken teneinde de raadpleging ervan te vergemakkelijken.
Om kennis te nemen van deze wijzigingen kunt u surfen naar de pagina Wetgeving. Deze pagina is
beschikbaar voor alle ‘GMP-’ en/of ‘Autocontrolegids Dierenvoeders’-gecertificeerde bedrijven mits
gebruik van login en paswoord. Indien u hier nog niet over beschikt, kunt u dit aanvragen via e-mail
naar volgend adres [email protected].

NEW ITEM «FOCUS» AND ADAPTATION OF WEB PAGE «LEGISLATION»
The page «Legislation» on the OVOCOM website has been somewhat revised.
They include the following novelties:
1. Publication of a new item «Focus», which is devoted to the recent publication of the
Convention between the Federal State and the Regions concerning animal by-products not
intended for human consumption.
2. Removal of the 2012 and 2013 weekly overviews, following the update of document ‘AT-01:
Legislation’. However, these overviews have been compiled into a single document and are
grouped per calendar year. They are available for download.
3. Making available all items relating to «Focus» 2012 and 2013, which have been compiled into
an annual summary and presented as a single downloadable document.
4. As already announced last week, the subdivision of section «Other documents» into different
sections in order to facilitate consultation.
