Indiquer le Titre, les Auteurs, l’Institution et un bref résumé (de 2 à 10 lignes)
Le texte définitif ne doit pas dépasser 5 pages, bibliographie incluse, et 2 illustrations
maximum. Il sera écrit en Word, caractère Times New Roman 11. Il devra être déposé
sur support informatique durant la Réunion.
Le actes seront publiés immédiatement après la Réunion et seront remis personnellement
ou envoyés par la poste. Une présentation officielle des volumes pourra être organisée.
Nous vous prions d’indiquer si vous désirez présenter une communication orale ou un
poster.
Durée des présentations orales : 10 minutes
Durée des lectures (sur invitation) : 20 à 30 minutes
L’organisation de la Réunion décline toute responsabilité concernant les dommages personnels et matériels ainsi que pour chaque dépense supplémentaire due à un retard suite
à des changements d’horaire dans les transports ou tout autre type d’imprévus.

Deadline for abstracts submission: 1 October 2007
Indicate Title, Authors and Institution with a short summary (from 2 to 10 lines).
The definitive paper, should not exceed 5 pages including the bibliography and 1 or 2
figures indicating, if it is an oral communication or poster
It should be written with Word, in characters Times New Roman 11 and it must be
delivered (on paper and CD) at the meeting.
The congress acts will be printed after the meeting and they will be personally delivered or sent by mail. It will be possible also to organize an official presentation of the
volume.
Duration of the oral presentation: 10 minutes.
Duration of the invited lectures: 20-30 minutes.
The meeting organization declines every responsibility:
-in case of any personal damage ;
-in case of any personal object damage;
-for every additional expense due to delays or changes of schedule depending on the
transport means or other types of logistic obstacles;
Participants are requested to arrange for their personal insurance.
The definitive program will be delivered at the moment of the registration (it will be
included in the congress brochure).

The registration fee is € 200 and it includes:
congress kit , coffee break, lunch, dinner gala, and participation to the social events; it
will be possible to pay it after the deadline, at the registration desk.
