Mit dem Formen-Abspritzgerät STRACK-NORM W 8990
können Sie bereits am Arbeitsplatz in die kalte Form
einspritzen und feststellen, ob das Teil einen Versatz
aufweist, die Wandstärken stimmen, usw. Das abgespritzte Muster gibt präzise jede Einzelheit
wieder. Der oft kostspielige Weg zur Spritzgieß-
maschine ­– wenn überhaupt eine vorhanden ist – entfällt.
Welcher Formenbauer möchte nicht gern wissen, wie
das Formteil aussieht, ob Grat entsteht oder ob er noch eine Korrektur vornehmen muss.
Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist das mit dem FormAbspritzgerät STRACK-Norm W 8990 möglich.
Der Materialaufwand ist gering. Das verwendete
Spritzwachs STRACK-Norm W 8995 kann nach dem
Abmustern wieder verwendet werden.

With the moulding spray diffuser STRACK-NORM
W 8990 you can already inject in the cold mould

Das Gerät darf nur in senkrechter Stellung, d. h. die Düse
zeigt nach unten, aufgeheizt bzw. befüllt werden.
Bei sämtlichen Arbeiten am beheizten Gerät werden Schutzhandschuhe vorgeschrieben.

Beim Abspritzvorgang selbst wird, da bei schlechter
Überdeckung zwischen Einspritzöffnung der Form und
Düse des Gerätes eventuell heißes Wachs austreten
kann, Gesichtsschutz empfohlen.

Instructions de sécurité
