Mit dem Formen-Abspritzgerät STRACK-NORM W 8990
können Sie bereits am Arbeitsplatz in die kalte Form
einspritzen und feststellen, ob das Teil einen Versatz
aufweist, die Wandstärken stimmen, usw.
Das abgespritzte Muster gibt präzise jede Einzelheit
wieder. Der oft kostspielige Weg zur Spritzgießmaschine – wenn überhaupt eine vorhanden ist – entfällt.
Welcher Formenbauer möchte nicht gern wissen, wie
das Formteil aussieht, ob Grat entsteht oder ob er
noch eine Korrektur vornehmen muss.
Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist das mit dem FormAbspritzgerät STRACK-Norm W 8990 möglich.
Der Materialaufwand ist gering. Das verwendete
Spritzwachs STRACK-Norm W 8995 kann nach dem
Abmustern wieder verwendet werden.

Sicherheitshinweise
Das Gerät darf nur in senkrechter Stellung, d. h. die
Düse zeigt nach unten, aufgeheizt bzw. befüllt werden.
Bei sämtlichen Arbeiten am beheizten Gerät
werden Schutzhandschuhe vorgeschrieben.
Verbrennungsgefahr!
Beim Abspritzvorgang selbst wird, da bei schlechter
Überdeckung zwischen Einspritzöffnung der Form und
Düse des Gerätes eventuell heißes Wachs austreten
kann, Gesichtsschutz empfohlen.

With the moulding spray diffuser STRACK-NORM
W 8990 you can already inject in the cold mould
at the workplace and determine if the part has a
mismatch, if the wall thickness is correct and so on.

machine – if any is available – is cancelled.

The material costs are low. The used spraying wax
STRACK-NORM W 8995 can be used again after the
matching.
Safety instructions
The device may only be heated up respectively be
filled in vertical position, that means, the nozzle
points downwards.
Concerning all operations at the heated device
protective gloves are prescribed.
Burning danger!
During the spraying process itself, face protection is
recommended, because of the fact that at worse overlap between the injection openings of the mould and
the nozzle of the device hot wax can eventually escape.

W 8990 vous pouvez déjà injecter au poste de travail
dans le moule froid et déterminer, si la part a un
désalignement, si les épaisseurs de mur sont correctes
et cætera.

W 8995. La cire de moulage utilisée peut être réutilisée après l’échantillonnage.
Instructions de sécurité
L’appareil doit seulement être chauffé respectivement
être rempli dans la position verticale, c’est-à-dire la
tuyère montre en bas.
Concernant tous les travaux à l’appareil chauffé
des gants de protection sont prescrits.
Danger de brûlure!
Pendant le processus d’injection même une protection
de visage est recommandée compte tenu du fait que si
à une couverture mauvaise entre l’ouverture d’injection
et la tuyère de l’appareil, la cire chaude peut sortir.
