Responsabilités particulières Recrutement (30%) 1. Participer à l’implémentation de stratégies de recrutement pour augmenter le nombre de CV provenant de certains secteurs clés dans notre répertoire 2. Appuyer le comité d’intégration (gestion des dossiers, suivi, appui technique) 3. Identifier des opportunités de recrutement à l’externe Communications (30%) 4. Évaluer les besoins en terme de visibilité afin de faire connaître les actions de l’organisation et de favoriser le recrutement de conseillers volontaires 5. Identifier des opportunités de visibilité et contribuer à leur mise en œuvre 6. Participer dans des événements d’engagement du public ou de recrutement Recherche (30%) 7. Donner un appui à la recherche dans le cadre de développement d’initiatives en coopération internationale et programme nationale Autres tâches (10%) 8. Appui à la gestion du bureau 9. Faire les envois postaux Aptitudes et connaissances 1. Expérience en communication et engagement du public 2. Expérience en gestion des ressources humaines un atout 3. Connaissance de la gestion de bureau et des procédures et pratiques de bureau. 4. Connaissance des logiciels, du matériel et de l’équipement périphérique incluant le traitement de texte, des logiciels de communication électronique et de suivi de dossiers informatisés. 5. Connaissance, intérêt et/ou expérience en coopération internationale un atout Compétences et expérience • Compétences en communications, en recrutement et en recherche. • Expérience dans une organisation à but non lucratif. • Bilinguisme Anglais - Français • Environnement de travail A. Environnement psychologique Le rythme de travail peut varier et des échéances serrées doivent être respectées. Les priorités de travail sont changeantes et parfois conflictuelles. B. Environnement physique Le travail s’effectue dans des bureaux. Il s’agit d’un poste au salaire minimum et les candidats doivent être admissibles à la Subvention Salariale d’Emploi Québec. Summary The Information Agent will support recruitment functions, communications, marketing and research. Principal Responsibilities Support the recruitment team to identify opportunities, promote the organization and support research for project development. Specific Tasks Recruitment 1. Participate in recruitment strategies to help increase the number of Volunteer Advisors (VAs) from key sectors needed for the Roster. 2. Support the Intake Committee with file management, monitoring and technical tasks. 3. Identify opportunities for external recruitment. Communications 4. Evaluate CESO’s needs in order to gain a better knowledge of the organization and contribute to the recruitment of new Volunteer Advisors. 5. Identify opportunities for increased organizational visibility and contribute to its implementation. 6. Participate in both public engagement and recruitment activities. Research 7. Support the research for project development in both International and National programming. Knowledge and Skill Requirements 1. Experience working for and having an understanding of a non-profit organization is an asset. 2. Experience in communications and public engagement, human resources and research. 3. Human Resource Management experience is an asset. 4. Knowledge of office management and business procedures and practices. 5. Strong knowledge of computer programs including work processing, email and database systems. 6. Experience making travel arrangements and preparing expense claims. 7. Bilingualism. Must be able to speak and write Intermediate level English. 8. Experience working in a fast paced environment, where priorities may change and create conflicting situations. The minimum wage is offered and the candidate must be eligible to the Salary Subvention of Emploi Québec.
