1) Smontare il motore originale. Recuperare la guarnizione originale G dalla scatola motore e inserirla nella sede della nuova scatola motore.
2) Montare il motore originale utilizzando le viti originali nei punti 1 e 2 e le viti fornite nei punti 3, 4 e 5
3) Introdurre l'alzacristallo elettrico in portiera e fissarlo con le viti originali nei punti A - B - C - D - E.
4) Effettuare i collegamenti elettrici.
5) Inserire il vetro nelle staffe di supporto nei punti P1 e P2 e stringere leggermente le viti attraverso le apposite fessure.
6) Far salire e scendere il vetro più volte ed effettuare eventuali regolazioni quando il vetro si trova nella parte alta, quindi serrare le viti P1 e P2.
ATTENZIONE:
Dopo aver installato il nostro meccanismo, si noterà che la chiusura e apertura automatica NON FUNZIONANO.
Perchè siano ripristinate tali funzioni, procedere come segue:
- con la chiave di accensione inserita, azionare il tasto di salita portando il vetro a tamponamento mantenendolo premuto per circa 3 secondi.
In questo modo, la procedura di autoapprendimento è completata, abilitando tutte le funzioni relative all'alzacristallo.
FRANÇAIS
1) Demonter le moteur d'origine. Recuperer la garniture d’origine G de la boite moteur et l’inserer dans la boite moteur nouvelleet.
2) Monter lemoteur d’origine avec les vis d’origine sur les points 1 et 2 et les vis fournies sur les points 3, 4 et 5
3) Inserer le leve-vitre electrique et le fixer avec les vis d'origine sur les points A - B - C - D - E.
4) Effectuer les liaisons electriques.
5) Inserer la vitre sur les etriers du support aux points P1 et P2 et serrer un peu les vis.
6) Baisser et lever la vitre plusieurs fois et regler quand la vitre se trouve en haut; ensuite visser aux points P1 et P2.
ATTENTION:
Après avoir installé notre mécanisme, la fermeture et l’ouverture automatique NE FONCTIONNENENT PAS. Afin que ces fonctions soient réactivées, veuillez
procéder comme suit :
- avec la clé démarrage insérée, appuyer sur la commande de lève-vitre et s’assurer que la vitre soit parfaitement fermée. Maintenir l’interrupteur en fonction
pour 3 secondes . Ainsi la procédure d’apprentissage automatique sera complétée et toutes les fonctions relatives au lève-vitre seront de nouveau habilitées.
ENGLISH
1) Remove the original motor from the window regulator to replace. Retain original frame G of the motor housing and refit it into the new motor housingand.
2) Mount the original motor with the original screw into positions 1 and 2 and the supplied screws into positions 3, 4 and 5
3) Insert the electric window regulator into the door and secure it into the holes at positions A - B - C - D - E using the original screws.
4) Wire as per wiring diagram.
5) Insert the glass into holding brackets at positions P1 and P2 and fasten the screws lightly through the suitable holes.
6) Raise and lower the window a few times. Adjust if required when the window is in the up position; then fully tighten the screws P1 and P2.
BE CAREFUL:
After fitting our mechanism it will be necessary to RE-ESTABLISH the auto functions:
- turn the ignition on and press window switch to rise glass at the top keeping it pressed for 3 seconds.
In this way the initializing procedure is completed and all window lifter functions will be enabled
