​Victoria Everett is an Associate in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, and
a member of our Financial Services Group. As counsel to various foreign and domestic
financial institutions and other credit providers, she has significant experience in
sophisticated debt financing transactions and has advised on numerous
multijurisdictional, international and domestic debt financing mandates (including cashflow, asset-based, acquisition, leveraged buyout, mortgage, equipment, and project
financings).


Acted for Infrastructure Ontario and the Ministry of the Attorney General
in connection with the structuring, procurement, negotiation and
settlement of project documents in connection with the Quinte
Consolidated Courthouse Project and the St. Thomas Consolidated
Courthouse Project.

Acted for Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, in connection
with the establishment of secured credit facilities in favour of numerous
different borrowers, including: The Yankee Candle Company, Inc.,
Cooper-Standard Automotive Canada Limited, Solutions 2 Go Inc.,
Targus Group International Inc., MRC Global Inc. and Nexeo Solutions
Canada Corp.

Acted for Royal Bank of Canada in connection with secured credit
facilities granted in favour of numerous different borrowers, including:
VersaCold International Corporation, Nicholson & Cates Limited, FHC
Enterprises Ltd., and Arlyn Enterprises Ltd.

Acted for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, in
connection with the establishment of asset-based revolving credit
facilities in favour of Vitran Corporation Inc., and WESCO International,
Inc. and certain of their subsidiaries.

Acted for Wells Fargo Bank, National Association in connection with
asset-based revolving credit facilities in favour of Jamieson Laboratories.
