Barry Bresner is a senior partner in the Commercial Litigation Group at Borden Ladner
Gervais LLP. Practising in the Toronto office, Barry has extensive experience handling
complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters. His practice extends to
shareholder/partnership disputes, directors' and officers' liability, professional liability,
environmental liability, breach of trust/fiduciary duties, breach of contract, reinsurance,
commercial torts and injunctions. Barry has over 30 years of experience as trial and
appellate counsel on a broad range of matters at all levels of court. He is a member of
the Firm's International Trade and Arbitration Group and Team North© Group.
