Nicole Temple is a paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate Group of our Vancouver
office. Nicole assists the Firm’s lawyers and clients with many aspects of commercial
real estate transactions, particularly land development matters, land acquisitions and
dispositions of land together with conducting and analyzing due diligence research,
preparing all relevant documentation and e-filing with the Land Title Office. Nicole has
experience in residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, and assists with
filing of disclosure statements and amendments, liaising with developers, surveyors,
engineers, municipal and provincial authorities, preparing and e-filing land title forms
relating to re-zoning, consolidations, subdivisions, easements, covenants, statutory
right of ways, as well as various strata matters regarding bare land strata, phasing,
strata plan amendments and dissolution thereof.

Nicole’s scope of knowledge includes the forms and procedures of the BC Land Title &
Survey Authority.
