Catherine Connor is a senior paralegal in the Construction, Engineering Surety and
Fidelity Group of our Vancouver office. Catherine has spent her entire paralegal career
with the Firm, and her work is focused primarily in the area of complex large file
litigation and management. She assists the Firm’s lawyers, clients and sureties with
substantial construction disputes from commencement through resolution. She
coordinates and assists with paper and electronic document gathering, production and
analysis; and discovery, mediation and trial preparation. Catherine’s scope of
knowledge includes British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal procedure.
