Scenery - la cocina escenario.
Abbiamo iniziato la progettazione
di Scenery con la convinzione che il
modo di vivere la casa stia cambiando
rapidamente e chi vive oggi abbia nuove
esigenze e nuovi desideri radicalmente
diversi dal passato. Scenery è stata
progettata per rispondere a questi nuovi
modi di abitare la cucina attraverso
concetti e configurazioni innovativi,
per soddisfare le richieste dei fruitori
contemporanei.
La cucina oggi è diventata il centro
della vita sociale e il luogo d’incontro
e di interazione della famiglia.
Sta, quindi, invadendo il soggiorno e
incorporando molte delle sue funzioni;
allo stesso tempo, chi lavora in cucina
vuol partecipare alla vita della famiglia
e l’ospite non vuol essere isolato da
chi sta cucinando per lui. L’ampia
vetrata della cucina palcoscenico vuol
rispondere a queste nuove esigenze
di partecipazione e socializzazione e,
contemporaneamente, vuole risolvere i
problemi del quasi inevitabile disordine,
dell’eccesso di calore, umidità e
odori generati da quasi tutti – fatta
eccezione per il mitico “cuoco perfetto”
– attraverso una tecnologia avanzata ma
sussurrata, mai urlata o invadente.
Abbiamo lavorato su finiture nuove
che restituissero il piacere dei
sottili giochi di riflessi e dei quasi
impercettibili cambiamenti di texture
che caratterizzano il legno. Le innovative
finiture laccate o in vetro di Scenery
vogliono rispondere a esigenze di calore
e ricchezza con la creazione della
boiserie contemporanea.
We started to design Scenery in the
conviction that the way people use
their homes is changing fast, and the
needs and wants of people today are
radically different from in the past.
Scenery is designed to respond to these
new kitchen lifestyles, with innovative
concepts and layouts to satisfy the
needs of contemporary users.
Nowadays, the kitchen has become
the centre of social life and the place
where families meet and interact. It is
therefore invading the living-room and
incorporating many of its functions,
while at the same time the person doing
the cooking wants to take part in family
life, and a guest does not wish to be cut
off from the person who is preparing
his dinner. The large glass partition of
our stage-set kitchen aims to respond
to these new needs for involvement
and socialisation, while still solving
the problems of the almost inevitable
untidiness, excess heat, humidity and
smells created by virtually all of us except of course for the elusive “perfect
cook”,- through discreet, non-invasive,
state-of-the-art technology.
We have worked on finishes which
would provide these surfaces with the
subtle reflection effects and almost
imperceptible changes of texture found
in wood. The lacquered or glass finishes
in Scenery set out to respond to this
demand for warmth and richness, by
creating the “contemporary boiserie”.

de Scenery avec la conviction que le
mode de vie connaît une évolution
rapide, avec de nouvelles exigences
et de nouveaux désirs radicalement
différents des exigences et des désirs
du passé. Scenery a été spécialement
conçue pour répondre à ces nouveaux
styles de vie par le biais de concepts
et de configurations novateurs, en vue
de satisfaire les exigences des clients
contemporains.
La cuisine s’impose aujourd’hui
comme le coeur de la vie sociale et le
lieu de rencontre et d’interaction de
la famille. Elle envahit peu à peu le
séjour, en intégrant un grand nombre
de ses fonctions; dans le même temps,
la personne aux fourneaux souhaite
participer à la vie de famille et l’invité
ne veut pas être isolé de son hôte. La
grande baie vitrée de la cuisine vedette
vise à répondre à ces nouvelles règles
de socialisation et, simultanément, à
résoudre les problèmes du désordre
quasi inévitable, de l’excès de chaleur,
d’humidité et d’odeurs générés par
pratiquement tous les cuisiniers – à
l’exception du « cuisinier parfait » –
grâce à une technologie avancée mais
discrète.
Nous avons travaillé sur des finitions
innovantes qui restituent le plaisir
des jeux de reflets subtils et des
changements de texture quasi
imperceptibles caractérisant le bois.
Les nouvelles finitions laquées ou en
verre de Scenery visent à répondre aux
exigences de chaleur et de richesse
avec la création de la “boiserie
contemporaine”.
Bei der Planung der Scenery sind wir von
der Überzeugung ausgegangen, dass die
Art und Weise, wie heute zu Hause gelebt
wird, raschen Veränderungen unterworfen
ist und die Menschen vollkommen neue
Ansprüche und Wünsche haben als früher.
Scenery soll der sich daraus ergebenen,
neuen Rolle der Küche durch innovative
Konfigurationen und Konzepte gerecht
werden und den Erwartungen der heutigen
Benutzer entsprechen.
Die Küche ist zum Mittelpunkt des
häuslichen und gesellschaftlichen
Lebens geworden, sie ist Treffpunkt von
Familie und Freunden, greift damit in den
bisher dem Wohnzimmer vorbehaltenen
Funktionsbereich über und übernimmt
zum Teil dessen Aufgaben. Wer in der
Küche arbeitet, will gleichzeitig auch
am Familienleben Teil haben, und auch
die Gäste wollen nicht mehr von den
Gastgebern, die für sie kochen, räumlich
getrennt sein. Die Glaswand der neuen
Lebensraumküche soll diesem Wunsch
nach Beisammensein und Partizipation
Rechnung tragen und gleichzeitig
die beim Kochen unvermeidbaren
Alltagsprobleme wie Durcheinander,
Hitzeentwicklung, Feuchtigkeit- und
Geruchsbildung mit Hilfe diskret
integrierter, modernster Technologie
beheben.
Wir haben an neuen Finishs gearbeitet,
die wieder die Freude an dem beim
Betrachten von Holz typischen Spiel
der sanften Reflexe und Maserungen
schenken. Die innovativen Lack- und
Glasfinishs der Scenery bereichern
das Ambiente und eine moderne
Wandtäfelung verleiht dem Raum einen
besonders wohnlichen Charakter.
Hemos concebido el diseño de Scenery
con la convicción de que el modo
de disfrutar la casa está cambiando
rápidamente y que la vida de hoy
propone nuevas exigencias y deseos
profundamente diferentes de los del
pasado. Scenery ha sido diseñada para
responder a estas nuevas maneras de
vivir la cocina, a través de conceptos
y configuraciones innovadores que le
permiten adaptarse a las necesidades
de los usuarios contemporáneos.
La cocina se ha convertido actualmente
en el centro de la vida social, un lugar
de encuentro e interacción de toda la
familia. Es así que comienza a invadir
la sala de estar incorporando muchas
de sus funciones para responder tanto
a quien cocina, que quiere compartir
la vida familiar, así como al huésped,
que desea estar junto con quien está
preparando la comida. La gran superficie
acristalada de la cocina escenario se
propone satisfacer estas exigencias de
participación y socialización, y al mismo
tiempo resolver los problemas del
inevitable desorden, del exceso de calor,
humedad y olores producidos por todos
- a excepción del mítico “chef perfecto”
- mediante una tecnología de avanzada
apenas perceptible, sin ostentación.
Hemos estudiado nuevos acabados que
brindaran el placer de los sutiles juegos
de reflejos y los cambios de textura
casi imperceptibles que caracterizan la
madera. Los innovadores acabados en
lacado o cristal de Scenery se proponen
responder a estas exigencias de calidez
y esplendor con la creación de la
“boiserie contemporánea”.

La cuisine Scenery, avec son programme charpenté de matériaux, de finitions
et d’éléments, n’est plus la pièce purement fonctionnelle de jadis, elle s’impose
aujourd’hui comme l’espace où l’on se retrouve pour de précieux moments en
famille et entre amis. Une cuisine italienne au charme sophistiqué, où le design
s’inspirant des nouveaux styles de vie apporte une forte touche d’innovation
technologique. Scenery – projet décoratif et culturel dans la production de cuisines
Scavolini – propose des portes en bois avec une grande variété de textures et
de coloris, et des portes laquées, en stratifié ou en verre tout à fait inédites.
Les solutions must? Le caisson de la péninsule et de l’îlot “Mirage” qui sépare,
avec une cloison vitrée coulissante, la partie opérationnelle de la cuisine. Et le
nouvel électroménager high-touch qui regroupe, en un seul élément, hotte et
conditionneur.

Korpus der Halbinsel und der Insel “Mirage”, der Arbeits- und Wohnbereich
durch eine mobile Glaswand voneinander trennt. Und ein ganz neues High-touchHaushaltgerät, das Dunstabzug und Klimaanlage in einem ist.
Una cocina que, con su surtida gama de materiales, acabados y elementos,
trasciende el objetivo meramente funcional para convertirse en el escenario
de las relaciones familiares y sociales. Una cocina italiana de aspecto sofisticado,
cuyo diseño inspirado en el nuevo concepto de living ejerce un fuerte impulso
de innovación incluso a la tecnología. Scenery responde a un proyecto no sólo
decorativo, sino también cultural en la producción de cocinas Scavolini y presenta
puertas de madera en una gran variedad de texturas y colores, así como en
acabados lacados, laminados o de cristal ciertamente novedosos. Las soluciones
sobresalientes: la estructura de la península y de la isla “Mirage” que, con un

culturale oltre che arredativo nella
produzione di cucine Scavolini - ha
ante in legno con una grande varietà di
texture e colori; ante con finiture laccate,
in laminato o in vetro decisamente
inedite. Le soluzioni must? La struttura
della penisola e dell’isola “Mirage” che
tiene separata, con una parete a vetro
movibile, la parte operativa della cucina.
E il nuovo elettrodomestico high-touch
che unisce, in un solo elemento, cappa
e condizionatore.

A kitchen with a very wide selection of materials, finishes and units, which
supersedes its merely functional role and becomes the stage for family and social
relations. An Italian kitchen with a sophisticated appeal, where design inspired
by the new live-in kitchen concept also provides a high degree of technological
innovation. Scenery – not so much a range of kitchen furniture as a Scavolini
cultural project – has wooden doors in a vast assortment of textures and colours,
and doors with very original lacquered, laminate or glass finishes. The must-have
features? The structure of the “Mirage” island and peninsula, which divides off the
working area of the kitchen with a movable glass partition. And the new high-touch
appliance, that combines extractor hood and air-conditioner in a single unit.

La soluzione “Mirage” che funge
da parete divisoria, vista dalla zona
operativa e di servizio della cucina. Non
ci sono maniglie nel frontale dell’anta,
nella moderna cucina Scenery;
l’apertura degli elementi avviene
attraverso maniglie incassate nella
parte superiore o laterale dei frontali,
e gole. In presenza di cassetti e cestelli
estraibili, avviene anche con un sistema
push & pull o tip-on.

There are no handles in the door front
panels; in the modern Scenery kitchen,
the units are opened by means of
handles set into the tops or sides of the
fronts, or by grooves. When drawers
and pull-out baskets are fitted, units
are also opened by a push & pull or tipon system.
La solution “Mirage” qui fait office de
cloison, vue de la zone opérationnelle
et de service de la cuisine. Pas de
poignées sur la façade de la porte dans
la cuisine moderne Scenery; l’ouverture
des éléments se fait par des poignées
encastrées dans la partie supérieure
ou latérale des façades, et par des
rainures. En présence de tiroirs et de
paniers coulissants, un système push &
pull ou tip-on peut être installé.

Scenery ist ein modernes, wohnliches und
trotzdem designorientiertes Einrichtungsprojekt,
bei dessen Planung besonderer Wert auf das
harmonische Neben- und Miteinander von
Arbeits- und Wohnbereich gelegt wurde. Für den
Wohnbereich wurden eigens für diese Küche
ein neues Tischmodell mit Stühlen und ein
eleganter, technologiebetonter Wandverbau mit
Borden und Schiebepaneel entworfen.

cuando se abre a la zona living articulada

transformed. Tall and storage units – simply
styled and very technological, with spacers
to ensure access to the handle grooves for

The Scenery kitchen is also available with doors in “Tactile” Pure White Fir wood, a finish created by a special
process which makes all the wood’s natural “feel” fully perceptible to the touch. The California Yellow granite
work-top, 3 cm thick, is another “natural” feature.

cupboards have edging in aluminium or in
gloss ABS on request. The edging underlines
the streamlined simplicity of a composition
that prioritises both interior design values and
functionality. Inset metal handles are used on
the drawers only. The doors of some wall units
are opened by the push&pull system.

The island, with “Mirage” system, links the service
zone to the living area, which is not at all cut off
by the backdrops and ambiences of the Scenery
kitchen, a stage of genuine beauty. The doors are
in unusual colours (Plum for the gloss coloured
glass doors, and light Grey for the gloss lacquered
doors used on some wall units). In the living area:
a cupboard to be proudly displayed as a piece of
contemporary design, which can be fitted with an
integral full hd 42” digital TV, a table with gloss
black tempered glass top and chromed frame,
and last but not least, chairs and stools with
