SIEMENS - FLEXIBLES OFFICE-KONZEPT
Flexibel, effizient, kommunikativ - moderne Bürolandschaften werden geprägt durch
offene Strukturen. Die Mitarbeiter wählen zwischen Projektarbeitsplätzen, Kreativräumen und ruhigen Bereichen für konzentriertes Arbeiten. Sie können dank mobiler
Technik von überall aus vollwertig arbeiten und kommunizieren fast nur noch elektronisch – annähernd papierlos.
Darüber hinaus wurden beim Neubau der Siemens Niederlassung in der Bayreuther
Innenstadt energetische und ökologische Aspekte der „Green Building-Standards“
umgesetzt. Der Neubau hat Vorbildcharakter für die anderen 35 Niederlassungen.

SIEMENS - A FLEXIBLE OFFICE CONCEPT
Flexible, efficient, communicative: open structures are a hallmark of modern office
environments. Employees can choose between project work areas, creative spaces
and quiet zones for focused working. Thanks to mobile technology, they can work
to the full anywhere, communicating almost entirely electronically in a virtually
paperless office.
Above and beyond this, the new-build of the Siemens branch in Bayreuth’s city centre has implemented a number of energy- and ecology-related “green building”
features. This new building is leading the way for the other 35 branches.
SIEMENS - UN CONCEPT DE BUREAU FLEXIBLE
Flexibles, efficaces, communicatifs - les bureaux modernes sont marqués par des
structures ouvertes. Les collaborateurs ont le choix entre des postes de projet, des
espaces créatifs et des zones paisibles pour un travail concentré. Grâce à une technique mobile, ils peuvent travailler partout sans manquer de rien et communiquent de
façon presque entièrement électronique – quasiment sans papier.
Par ailleurs, des aspects énergétiques et écologiques du "Green Building" ont été
appliqués au nouvel établissement Siemens, construit dans le centre-ville de
Bayreuth. Le nouveau bâtiment sert d'exemple pour les 35 autres succursales.

Glasfassade wurden Anforderungen an
moderne Arbeitsprozesse mit individueller Raumplanung realisiert. Kommunikative Meet & Talk Bereiche sind gezielt
schallgedämmt und von den ruhigen Arbeitsbereichen getrennt.

Dans ce bâtiment à façade vitrée représentative, un aménagement spatial individuel a été mis en œuvre pour respecter les
exigences d'un processus de travail moderne. Les salles de repos communicatives sont insonorisées de manière spécifique et séparées des zones de travail paisibles.
