Description générale : Biscuit rectangulaire de couleur rose recouvert de sucre glace sur le dessus.
Ingrédients : Sucre, farine de blé, œufs, blancs d’œufs, colorant naturel E 120, poudre à lever : carbonate
acide d’ammonium, arôme naturel de vanille.
Allergènes : Le Biscuit Rose contient du gluten et de l’œuf. Il peut contenir des traces de soja et de fruits à
coque.
OGM : Ce produit ne contient aucun ingrédient ou additif d’origine OGM. Il n’est donc pas soumis aux
obligations de traçabilité et d’étiquetage « OGM » définies par les règlements CE n°1829/2003 et 1830/2003.
Caractéristiques organoleptiques : Le Biscuit Rose de Reims est un biscuit rectangulaire de couleur rose,
décoré de sucre glace couvrant tout le dessus du biscuit. Il a une texture croustillante et un goût sucré et vanillé

PINK BISCUITS OF REIMS
General description: Rectangular biscuit of pink colour covered with icing sugar on the top.
Ingredients: Sugar, wheat flour, eggs, egg whites, natural colouring: cochineal extract, raising agent
(ammonium hydrogen carbonate), natural vanilla flavour.
Allergens: Contains gluten and eggs. It may contain traces of soya and nuts.
GMO: This product is manufactured without any ingredient or additive of GMO origin. Therefore, it is not
subjected to GMO labelling and traceability obligations, defined in EC Regulation N° 1829/2003 and N°
1830/2003.
Organoleptic characteristics: The Pink Biscuits of Reims is a pink-coloured rectangular biscuit, decorated
with icing sugar over all of the top of the biscuit. It has a crunchy texture with a characteristic sweet vanilla
taste.
