Type of contract: fixed term contract (3 months)
Job Description :
Under monitoring of the Head of Practice and Principal Practice, In this this position your missions
are:
1-Collect the required information from internal staff and / or external partners and verify its
completeness and consistency.
2-Assess regulatory compliance substances and/or raw material and/or formula and/or packaging
and/or labeling elements, product information and claims and/or elements of communication,
promotion based on regulations in force, the relevant guidelines and customer guidelines.
3-Prepare and/or update and/or write and/or check and/or compile the necessary regulatory
documents on file required for marketing.
4-submit to the competent authorities and/or local partners transmit the information required for
the placing on the market and/or management of the lifecycle of the product within the time
allowed.
5-Apply the authorization process on the market until approval if relevant.
6-participate in the development of external partners network if relevant.
7-Provide regulatory support to clients and associates.Requirements & competencies
Bachelor’s or higher graduate degree in a science related field with 2 years minimum of professional
experience required in a similar position in regulatory affairs and project management.

Transmettre aux partenaires locaux les informations requises pour la mise sur le marché et/ou la
gestion du cycle de vie du produit en respectant les délais impartis.
Appliquer le processus d’autorisation de mise sur le marché jusqu’à approbation si pertinent.
Participer au développement du réseau de partenaires externes si pertinent.
Fournir un support réglementaire auprès des clients et des entreprises associées.
Profil :
De formation Bac +3/5 dans un domaine scientifique avec une expérience professionnelle exigée de
2 ans minimum à un poste similaire dans les affaires réglementaires et conduite de projets.
Parfaite maîtrise des procédures réglementaires locales
Vous maîtrisez les interactions avec un groupe projet pluridisciplinaire et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre
rigueur, et votre pro-activité.
Maitrise impérative de l’anglais (oral et écrit) car contacts quotidiens avec des interlocuteurs locaux
ainsi qu’à l’international.
